As gambler How do you deal with loss?
Losing is something normal for me, I don't think all the time about why I lost, I look at my loss as something that was already expected to happen, when I make a bet I count it as a greater chance of losing than of winning, this way I prepare myself psychologically so that when I lose I don't think about my loss, for example today, I lost my bet on a Liverpool game against Manchester United, I had bet on Liverpool to win, but unfortunately I lost my bet and as a consequence I lost money . but this is something normal, if I had been lucky, then I would have won. The most important thing is that I have other things to enjoy in the real world that don't make me think about gambling all day. When people start playing and have fun playing, then even when they lose after they finish playing they won't be sad, they won't be depressed, they will be having fun with other things in the real world, it's important to have lots of things for people to have fun with.
The only time for me to take loses as a benefit is when you take the lessons that comes along with the long with the loses such as the mistakes that leads to the loses and how best to handle such mistakes in the next bets, because at that point it becomes clear to the mistakes and steps that lead to that loses and for sure it better to learn the lesson from all the happening around the gambling scene that makes up for the overall experience that the gambler gathered.
In gambling that depend on luck, such as slots, people don't use any strategy, so losing doesn't help the person crying or complaining or thinking that they should have played differently, because they are games that depend on luck, the person should just play. with money you can afford to lose and when you play you should have fun. By this I mean that in most gambling, when a person loses, it is unlikely that the person is gaining any experience.
