I have previously seen articles about the mistakes that some gamblers make, especially when they lose a bet, as they try in every way to remedy the matter. The same thing happened to me before and many times, and this is what often leads to greater losses.


None of us sees losing as a normal thing, even in the simplest things. The majority have the mentality of a winning , and this is normal because this is human instinct, and losing always negatively affects how the gambler thinks and the ability to analyze the situation, and it has the ability to destroy all positive ideas and make the gambler frustrated. It puts him in a spiral of remorse and heartbreak over what he lost, but if we take it from another perspective, we can benefit from it. The first thing to do is to bear it and realize the matter as it is, and that gambling, when we talk about money in the same way as the pleasure found in it, always gives us the same two options: either winning or Loss, and in such matters, we must know that the ability to restrain emotions plays an important role in such situations , anger and heartbreak will make things worse, and taking time out to analyze things will be the best option.We must know the mistakes we made and analyze them, study the strategy we followed and change it if it is not in line with the results and the course of the game.. , there are many options that can help us .

Gambling is based on losing and winning, and if you lose, this does not mean that losses will rain down on you one after another, but you can cause yourself greater losses and you will be the first reason, or you can benefit from them and your mistakes and make them a good reason for your next win.

Everyone got their ways. Personally, I prefer to take sometime off the gambling scene to deal with my loss. The goal during this time off is essentially for enjoying myself — I might see a movie, a football match or engage in any IRL activity like playing Fifa with friends and family. The activity ultimately depends on the mood at the time and each of those activities go a long way to provide a soothing relief after a loss. My recent big loss was Porto winning arsenal in the first leg of UCL knockout game. It was a big hit and although I felt very bad, it took everything in my power to take my mind off it. I didn't touch my BcGame sportsbettting account for almost a week and what happened in the week after was my big comeback.

Also, my advice to anyone gambling is that they should try to be pessimistic sometimes. Being optimistic about every bet might not be the best approach for every bet. Expect the worse while hoping for positive outcome. If it were trading, my friend would say "bid and pray" haha.

Losing does really sting, even if it's something small.  I think we all wanna come out on top - it's just human nature.  But losing money gambling can really do a number on you mentally and  it makes you second guess everything you did, and leaves you feeling pissed off and defeated.   

But you made a good point about keeping your cool.  Flipping out won't make the money magically reappear.  What works better for me is taking a breather to calm down, then looking back at it all realistically.  Learning from those screw ups helps me be better prepared to play another day.

Therefore, it is important to have a correct understanding of gambling and understand and recognize that gambling is a risky activity, because with this I am sure that you will only dare to put a small amount of money that you can be responsible for if you lose in the end.

Earning weekly and daily are probably different target and I wish to always be on the winning side, atleast it will puts good smile on my face. Losses are there to teach us our past mistakes and we ought to learn from everyone of these single losses. There are some losses that are severe and huge, meaning it points out or even go as far as shaking our accounts. Profits is the only weapon that would strengthen me and my initial deposits in the system.

I'd actually argue that I see losing as something normal. Or even something natural. If you often had the chance to learn, test what you learned, and fail, you'd recognize that failing (which I consider rather similar to losing) is pretty normal or something you'd see in general. It's not wrong to say that what we are is built up from the countless failures that led us to those few successful instances.

Anyway in my case, as I said, it's something normal so I just naturally take it in stride.

For me loss isn’t a huge setback. But still loss does hurts. After all it’s your hard earned money right? It will definitely feel some pain when you see it going into the casino from your balance. It depends on the gambling you are playing, if you are playing slot games its designed programmatically but if you play tabletop games that have statistics and probability mind games you learn with it, if you lose in this type of game you can learn from those mistakes, and risk you are playing with. The best way to benefit from a gambling loss is to take the lesson you have learned and improve on your gambling. If you are into casino betting and you choose games of skill over games of luck then whenever you loss on a game like blackjack, you should watch more blackjack tutorials, speak with those who have mastered the game, read books/articles, listen to podcasts by blackjack experts. They always contain gems that will make you gamble better in the game next time. That is one of the benefits of a loss. It humbles you and makes you want to self-improve in that game.

Dealing with the loss is pretty hard, and it can make us anxious and depressed but as long as the amount we lost doesn't bend us in any way then just accept and move on.

Generally, humans don't like to lose irrespective of the amount but losing is just a part of gambling so when we understand these things then all I can think of is becoming more responsible while making any decisions with my hard-earned money cause I have seen ups and downs that made me to be a person who am I today.

I believe the most important thing we can do with losses is to analyze them deeply. That is, losses should benefit us. If we did not analyze our mistakes, then we allowed our mistakes not to benefit us, which means we increased our losses. This is actually a very original idea - to force even our mistakes and losses to benefit us. Sometimes losses bring us more benefit because they show us the imperfection of our strategy. Especially frequent and long-term losses. Winning also gives us a signal that we are most likely doing something right. But this is not always the case, because winning and losing can be random. In Gambling there will be wins and losses, and here I don't think anyone gets any financial benefit from losing a bet, what I think is that many people learn from that loss after losing and can use the mistakes they make later on and that is the Benefits. I will always suggest to everypne to gamble with what they can afford to lose and always make a limit of losses as well as also on profit and that is how you can or a gambler can deal with the loses.

Here's my couple of Sats. If you think that losing in gambling is not normal, then you're having it all wrong. Losing in gambling is normal, very normal. Losing in gambling happens more often than winning. So one should be comfortable with losing, more comfortable even than winning. Winning makes you ecstatic; one, because it happens less often than losing.

It's wrong to be carried away by your emotions when losing, but I guess it's also wrong to believe that you can simply turn the tide by analyzing things and changing strategies. Truth be told, in gambling, whatever your strategy is, you can't hardly change the result. Losing remains to be a main part of the game. You can't sit through it, make an analysis, and end up with a eureka as to how to get better results.

You better focus on the fun, on the game, rather than the results. More often than not, the results are disappointing. But you can make everything worth it if you enjoyed the session.

If you are a sane and responsible gambler, then the only benefit I see from losing money in gambling is that you will learn from it and will stop immediately, because as a responsible gambler, you should be able to control yourself after losing a considerable amount of money or funds. Other than that, I don't see anything that will benefit from losing money in gambling. Who wants to lose money? And if you are not wealthy or rich enough, then for sure it will affect your financial state or your life because you only have limited money or funds. I dont know why many people are insisting on gambling that it has benefits because if you list the disadvantages or bad effects of gambling, they are greater than what you are seeing as beneficial from gambling, so stop hallucinating, and if you are gambling, prepare for the consequences of gambling losses.

Never get emotional about your loses. If you lose multiple times in a row, just quit gambling for a while.
Losing is a part of the game. Nobody wins all the time. If you get too frustrated about your loses, just gamble with small amounts of money and limit the time frame, in which you gamble every day, like 2 hours a day(or maybe you should gamble 3 days or 4 days per week). Gambling every day could lead to an addiction, if you are not mentally stable enough. I don't know how anyone could benefit from his gambling loses.
There's no clear benefit. Maybe there are gamblers, who are having fun, even when they lose. I haven't seen such players in my life

If we think naturally then we have no chance of benefit after losing in gambling. After losing money, we are not profitable or even happy. This is normal.

But we have to bet only after accepting that the chances of winning and losing in gambling are equal. There is a 50-50 chance here. You can either win the gamble or lose all the money. And if someone can't accept this simple fact then I say, sorry, gambling is not for you.

The thing is that one can not stop immediately after losing on one hand try, I think gamblers have specific amount they gamble with. Even those that's gambling online, they deposit a specific amount and when they lose all they money they deposit they will stop. Some that are gamble addict won't stop so they will deposit more so that they can chase their losses.
