Hey mate, It is a simple matter that the more you gamble, the more negative results you will get and the more you will lose. The longer you are in gambling the more you have to bet and the more you are either in profit or loss. Yes, but one thing you didn't mention is whether you originally took up gambling as a source of income or as entertainment. It was terrible for you if you took it as income and fine for you if you took it as entertainment but you were unfortunately addicted to excessive gambling. But at the end you mentioned that the less time you spend on gambling the more it brings you positive results i.e. the more you refrain yourself the better it is for you mentally and it will bring positive results for you financially as well.

Yeah, all the time. Pressure tends to make a person do things in the wrong way even if they know the right way to do those things, that's how bad pressure can be. Ask about pressure from a person who is an introvert and is preparing to give their first job interview after graduation. Even if he has been a topper at the institute he graduated from, he would still mess everything up when he goes for the interview only because of the pressure he would have on his mind.

And it's not only about job interviews or things like that, a person wouldn't be able to do something they know if they are under a lot of pressure, and this can also have severe consequences for some people if they are not very strong mentally, a lot of pressure can make one's brain stop functioning.

Of course there are experiences I have said based on my actual experience. I was more addicted to gambling than I could ever imagine. But now currently my results are much better, less addiction to gambling and getting benefits.

You have been able to control yourself from these harmful effects. Although it is very difficult to control yourself, your taking such an important step has been very good for you now and for the future.
Even though I am not a professional, I have been trying to control myself for several months and now I hardly involve myself in sportsbetting. This is so true and I have had such experience. When I gamble with desperation because I want to utilize the profits from the gamble to settle pressing needs, I end up losing more and miserably. But when the focus for gambling shift to just enjoying the game, the winnings will start flowing effortlessly. I have similar experience just today when I play some casino games with target of hitting a jackpot which never came until I gave up and was just put the bet on auto. It was not too long when I had a winning that helped me recover everything with some profits.

We must use gambling as an entertainment and not for source of income because we can fall deeper into gambling without we have a big chance to quit gambling. Many people gets the bad experienced from gambling so we must be careful and not trying to use too big money. This is quite logical and I think we just need to understand the system behind emotions. When we are too serious about something, we easily became emotional about the thing and tis happens at all level. Even in gambling, when we become too desperate to make a win, that is why we start seeing loses because we are so passionate about such things. It is good we gamble less so that we can be able to understand how these things work. Emotion has made so many if us loss bets in gambling and sometimes we see it as normal but nothing is normal here. Gambling is met to be fun but we see want to win by all means, the logic changes and we starts seeing losses looking like we are not trying our best to make money for ourselves.

I don't know if it use to happen to others but I think when ever I am playing gambling in pressure that is when i lost, but when I play without no pressure I stand chance of winning, even if I don't win and my mind is in good state without any pressure I enjoy my game so much. Playing gambling with pressure is not a good one because it seems to be Desperation, trying to make money by all means which is not supposed to be. I don’t think frequent gambling actually leads to addiction especially when the profits are far more greater than the losses and just as I’ve said some time back that, irrespective of when you started gambling, the moment your outcomes are winnings then you’re tagged a good gambler and vice versa.

This is the reality of gambling. You are only lying to yourself if you pretend that you can beat the mathematical odds that are defined and determine long term profitability for casinos. At a minimum, there are staff to pay to maintain the site, whitelabel game manufacturers to pay, security technology to keep sites online and advertising costs. All of those rely on the site making money and the only way they are guaranteed to make money is by taking it from gamblers. That is why every time you play, you are joining a losing battle. Even though your friend gambled a lot and lost a lot of money, he didn't quit gambling. Because of which he got tired of gambling, and later he got his good results when he turned his attention to gambling lightly. Although many people get tired of gambling and lose, but once in a while the gambler can win again and again. Even though he was motivated to bet less seriously he got good results just in case, I think gambling is all about a person's luck. If I am not so experienced in this matter, but there are many people who gamble constantly and get tired later when they start playing with less concentration they can win many times. When OP puts in all amount of seriousness in his games, he just wants to win and nothing else matters. He puts himself in a situation where his choices gets affected by his quest to just win. It might be that he allows greed to push him into playing games he should ignore instead or put in strategies which are never in his favour. If he wants to still gamble, then he should remove greed from his head and try to gamble for fun instead.  That way, he won't feel bad if he loses and will still have a good chance of winning since he's not mounting much pressure on himself. The cause of his failure is truly the pressure he mounts on himself which often prevents him from thinking straight.
