You will notice a clear difference between the results of a job without stress and the results of a job under pressure. If you feel pressured in gambling, you will definitely experience losses in gambling. You will bet on relaxation and you can plan properly on every bet but if you plan with pressure then your planning will not be correct. Mental stress has an important impact on gambling and you can learn it from experienced gamblers.

When OP puts in all amount of seriousness in his games, he just wants to win and nothing else matters. He puts himself in a situation where his choices gets affected by his quest to just win. It might be that he allows greed to push him into playing games he should ignore instead or put in strategies which are never in his favour. If he wants to still gamble, then he should remove greed from his head and try to gamble for fun instead.  That way, he won't feel bad if he loses and will still have a good chance of winning since he's not mounting much pressure on himself. The cause of his failure is truly the pressure he mounts on himself which often prevents him from thinking straight.

Ironic thing you will win more if less under pressure even from yourself to perform some sort of money making turn around with your gambling.  The win should be a nice surprise then required objective to have fun.  I certainly think people learn better if able to have a mistake without it ruining your day, your week even then you are likely just to be reacting emotional rather observing impartially how best to maximize winnings.

You will never take a decision if you are under pressure.
If you don't do any statistics with stress in job field then your result will be wrong.
You should not participate in gambling with pressure because in this case you may make the mistake of taking the right team or the bet.
You feel relaxed and make the right decisions you can make changes in your life.

I don't think anything depends on our behavior or mood in gambling, except for gross mistakes that violate our risk management. In gambling the main role is played by random chance, so whatever techniques you use to lure luck they will not work. You can play all the time in a relaxed state, but each gambling session will still be different from previous ones.

but there are many people who gamble constantly and get tired later when they start playing with less concentration they can win many times. Maybe it's their luck in gambling, any time a gambler can change his financial position just depending on his luck.

Every gambling has what gives them luck when gambling and this is the reason I do not like to copy how other gamblers are gambling or use their strategy when I know that gambling is mostly about luck and by using someone else winning strategy will not determine your own success. There are gamblers that bet on multiple games or use very large stakes and they do well with the results that they get but if some of us follow them, we are going to lose as we do not have the ability to stay calm under pressure as they can do for many hours. There are gamblers winning life changing amounts and some of them use very little stake therefore everything is possible when gambling. You can also lose therefore you do not have to take risk that will be too much for you to be capable of handling.

pressure helps some times in some physical situations
when I'm training in the gym having a partner that puts me under some pressure helps me to have a better train and don't get lazy
but when it comes to mind work I don't know
better to be relaxed.

The more active I become with gambling, the more it drags me back, luckily I keep risking only what I want to lose.
The less active I become with gambling, the more positive it gets for me, not most of the time but my results are simply better than when I was very active.

You should have known from the start that gambling can have a bad impact, there are no really positive results if you do it often and you will definitely experience continuous losses, gambling is not an activity that must be done, this is just a game of luck, if you want to take risks, please play but if you lose, don't regret it and if you don't want to lose money, it's better not to gamble.
I myself have never considered gambling as an activity that is too serious, I only use it occasionally if I really want to do it, so it doesn't bring me down at all.

I know there is such an idea that what we wish can come true. But to do this, you need to want once and let go of thoughts, not constantly think, for example, about winning at gambling, but just fleetingly catch yourself thinking. Although one can understand that this cannot happen according to a thought-out strategy, I think we have all had such cases.

one can do it for fun but in my opinion you should approach it as a dangerous and addicting drug
don't do it often and don't do it with a lot of money
I can't even picture poor people putting 10% of their salaries each month into sports betting

it's just sad.
