You start with Coinbase, that is bad because they require KYC and if you do your purchases on non KYC exchanges with flow starts from Coinbase, it does not make sense for your privacy.

Use your non custodial wallets, no KYC, then use it to buy Monero, ETH, BTC on non KYC exchanges.

You are also free to use the service that you'll find in my signature space, which have proven to be quite reliable. They provide both Clearnet[1] and Onion[2] addresses and they do not have any kind of KYC implemented, no registration and they also do not use Cloudflare to host their services. They also run a thread right here on the forum[3].

As of posting this, they don't have reserves of Monero available but I suppose it is just a matter of time until they (re)stock them. As you can see their 24h volume of Monero was ~ 15.198, so I'm sure that they will eventually get more to provide to their users. If you want to know the market of this type services you can also find more listed here[4] (look for swap exchanges).

A quick URL scanner shows that the service was created just 4 months ago[5]. Also it looks to be a copy of a more established service that is actually called Xchange.me[6] that was first created on 2015[7], so I highly advise OP not to follow this recommendation.

You don't need Coinbase to get Monero, there are many decentralized exchanges mentioned above that you can use easily without KYC.

You can also register with a temporary account in one of the unknown central exchanges that do not require KYC, where you can register with only temporary email information and then buy Monero for cheap fees and send it to any account or wallet you own.

You need to use DEX like bisq p2p to convert  bitcoin or Etherum to monero, for privacy. Using Coinbase is not safe because it is a centralized exchange. Or you can use the other exchanges that have been mentioned by the posters above.

This is the best way to be anonymous, since monero is more decentralized.

And it's weird on why a fully anonymous coins like Monero are listed on a centralized exchange when it was only defeating their true purpose but BTC is only pseudonymous and many BTC users are not really concerned about their privacy so it's fine for it to be found and obtained there, more with Ethereum because the coin is known to be centralized.

Using an unknown centralized exchange is risky even though if we say that they are not strict as the known ones and maybe that is one of their tactics to attract people and do something bad with them later on? At this point, a well-known decentralized exchange can be his best bet.

I mean they did explain the reason why. If you find a website that clearly imitates a well-known service with little to no history, are you really going to trust it with your money? Sure, you make one or two trades successfully, but there's no guarantee they won't run away/block your funds when you start sending them more money with a made-up reason such as a KYC check. Judging from your recent post history though, I tend to believe you're doing marketing for them as mentioned above instead of really looking for a good place to trade Monero anonymously.

Of course, using well-known central exchanges is much better because they are reliable, but the problem is that all well-known exchanges require KYC and since the OP does not want to link his account to the transaction, so I advised him to use a temporary account in an unknown exchange.

As long as you're able to get your monero there then that's fine. So, aside from actually getting it on p2p like on the forum's currency exchange or marketplace of altcoins.

If there are services like that which have been posted here, you must try them especially if they're suggested by reputable folks here.

There are several non-kyc exchanges that have listed monero, and Bisq is one of the best options as decentralized exchange.
Other alternatives are LocalMonero or Agoradesk p2p trading, Unstoppable swap, eXch exchange, etc.
Some centralized exchanges still have monero listed but I would be very careful with them.
