With the decreasing fees, it looks like we're nearing the target, doesn't it? If anyone would like a tip, feel free to send me a private message or share your USDT TRC-20 wallet address. Thanks for the assistance, everyone!
Considering the current mempool[1], I would say that your transaction will be confirmed in the next couple of hours (or even in the next hour). mocacinno previous commentary is still gold - consider having your funds in a non custodial wallets so that you have more liberty regarding ownership (amongst other benefits).

[1]https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#BTC,24h,weight

Lets hope Cool Thanks!

whoops, i kind of missed the fact that it was a custodial wallet... I did read OP tried to use binance accelerator, but i had no idear this also meanth he used binance as a wallet... I assumed binance was just offering a tx accelerator for the broader public (i'm not really familiar with the service offered by custodial services).
I think anyone should be able to use binance transaction accelerator and using that accelerator doesn't mean OP sent the fund to binance.
I understood OP has sent the fund to binance from checking previous transactions of the receiving address.

Utilizing the Binance Accelerator is an option, but at $140 USD, it's not practical for me, especially for a relatively small amount like $1500 USD.
Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Have you tried estimating the costs of accelerating the transaction using mempool accelerator service[1]? They have executed 853 requestes with a success rate of 91.56 %, but something tells me - judging by the numbers - that they may be restricting the number of transactions to approve (considering that the service is in beta stage, perhaps that is wise). I guess that it doesn't hurt trying at least...

I've attempted to use it, but I'm currently stuck on a waiting list according to the mempool.

Indeed they are. Sadly, like Plaguedeath said before, there is not much you can do since you can't use CPFP and RBF on the transaction. There are only two options : either wait for the transaction to be confirmed (usually in the weekends the fees are lower) or pay the premium of a accelerator...

Just wait!

These things always happen and if you're not in desperate need for those funds it will for sure confirm if not during this evening/night at least in the wekend for sure.
The mempool just had a spike because of un unusual wave of tx and it will take some time for that to clear, meanwhile, there are of course people who would try to get in the first block and outbid you that's why your tx seems to be stuck at 30 mins, basically, the ones in front keep get confirmed while new ones are cutting the line paying a bit more than you!

And if you're curious about antpool's accelerator it takes $50 for your acceleration, I don't see that worth it in the current situation.

I gave AntPool a shot, hoping they could help out, but I hit a bit of a roadblock. They require SMS verification, but for some reason, I'm not receiving any SMS to my phone number. It's been a bit frustrating, to be honest.
I just noticed this comment of yours. Have you tried changing to another sms provider? I don't know the success rate of virtual numbers that can be used (like this one[1]) but it may be worth a shot. Or you can try using other services that provide you with a temporary number by using some sats[2][3]. Probably the last ones are less used and might have a higher success rate for you to use the free transactions from ViaBTC.

While googling for other accelerator providers, I came across this[1] thread on bitcointalk where users post their transactions in the hopes of being accelerated. I wasn't aware of this so I can't comment on it, but judging from the recent comments it seems that some transactions do get accelerated quite often. Perhaps it is worth a shot?

What is that “accelerator”? Does it have a name?

You might be mistaking rebroadcasting a transaction for accelerating? Both are completely different, and rebroadcasting never helps at all in such scenarios.

The OP of that thread also uses other available free transaction accelerators like viaBTC and sometimes the transactions just get confirmed because the fee rates have dropped and not through his intervention.

From my experience none of the free accelerators found online work, expect for ViaBTC, but your tx fee is still too low to be accepted there. And other than ViaBTC and Binance paid accelerators there aren't any other reputable services you can try. Mempool accelerator seems trustworthy and offers lower prices but it seems like their service is still not running, it's been like that for months now.

Compared to current average fees, your fee is not very low and it's been already more than 24 hours since it was broadcasted. The fees are currently still getting higher during the day but they should start dropping after midnight, and I predict your transaction will get confirmed within the next 12-24 hours. From personal experience, even when using low fees, I've rarely had or seen transactions go unconfirmed more longer than 24-36 hours, unless using an extremely low fee(1-10sat/vB). So, unless this is an emergency, I would not worry about your transaction remaining unconfirmed for much longer.

The bombardment of Inscriptions continues:

To give you an idea, considering that your sender paid 13 sat/vB for the transaction, the current block values are sitting between 48 - 469 sat/vB, and in the image you see that most of the block is composed by inscriptions whose fees are responsible to cause such a spike in fee value within the mempool.
If you zoom out of Johoe's Bitcoin mempool size[1] and select 1 week period, you'll see that the jump in fees started around 8th of April (~03:00 PM), which matches around with the time that you started having trouble getting confirmation of your transaction. A fee of 13 sat/vB around that time would be okay, but the bombardment of inscriptions isn't something that one can guess sadly.

Thank you for your thorough analysis and for shedding light on the frustrating situation surrounding the recent spike in transaction fees due to what seems to be a bombardment of spammy transactions on the Bitcoin network. It's disheartening to see how some individuals misuse the network, causing inconvenience for others like myself who rely on it for legitimate transactions.

Let's hope for swift resolution Smiley Its to crazy

As predicted, it took less than 12 hours for the transaction to be confirmed. No reason to panic in such situations, as long as you have paid a decent fee your transaction will get accepted at some point. This time you had some bad luck broadcasting your transaction at just the the wrong time and it got stuck for a while, so in the future I would recommend using a fee slightly higher than minimum average to make sure your transaction gets confirmed quicker even in cases of fee jumps like yesterday.

There is no need to pay higher than the required fee, unless you are in a hurry and you want to make sure that your transaction will be confirmed in the next block. Instead, I recommend using a wallet that supports RBF, so that you can easily replace your transaction with a new one paying higher fee.

Paying only the required fee is enough in most cases but since the fees are also fluctuating you can sometimes end up in a situation such as the one in the OP. I always used to pay the lowest required fee, depending on how congested the network was, and it happened multiple times for my transaction to get stuck for a much longer period of time than expected. So, just in case you want to avoid any delays and make sure you get the required confirmations within a couple of hours it does not hurt to pay a slightly higher fee. As far as I'm aware RBF only works if you are the sender, so you can't use it while withdrawing BTC from a website for example.

That's why I suggested making RBF-enabled transaction. In this way, you don't have to pay fee more than required and you will be able to increase the fee, if needed.

As far as I'm aware RBF only works if you are the sender, so you can't use it while withdrawing BTC from a website for example.
There is no option to set the fee rate in custodial services. In custodial services, you usually pay a fixed withdrawal fee and you aren't the one who set the transaction fee.
