Sportsbet.io stole all my deposits/balance

What happened:
I registered at their website last year and made four deposits via bitcoin (24.84 mBTC in total). I made some bets in their sportsbook but without any real winnings.
They asked me to do KYC. I successfully passed KYC and then they insulted me of multi accounting with connection to other customers at their website which is a lie.
I told them that I had no connection to other users and then they closed my account and confiscated my remaining account balance (approximately 26 mBTC).
I did not receive any withdrawals or refunds. They completely stole all of my deposited money.

Perhaps you used the same device to register and play on the casino with someone else. Do you have any family members who also uses the same casino? Do you share the same Wi-Fi network?
Have you ever used a VPN to access sportsbet?

But back then he promised to send you a PM regarding the same issue. Are you trying to say it was never resolved?

If you truly believe that Sportsbet is demonstrating "criminal behavior," I would suggest you contact the authorities as you mentioned.
You can also file a complaint, for free, with a 3rd party mediator such as AskGamblers or Casino Guru.
Unfortunate circumstance for sure; but there is no way in hell that Sportsbet stole 24.84 mBTC.

I know that we have talked about similar situations and I had agreed with you in that winnings should not be paid. But I think whatever the player has left of deposited funds should be paid if this is a first offence.

Umm... given his account is connected with others, and if my guess is true that he accessed SB from Germany, I believe that will not be his first offense. I tend to believe those other accounts were also warned for same violation or two.

Far as I know, SB is actually quite lenient and generous in handling benefit of doubts for first offender, they'll be more than happy to return --at least-- the deposit.

Why not? If the assumption is correct, that he's accessing from restricted country [and the silence so far would point to a yes], there is enough reason to create another account. If his previous account was found and flagged, he'll need to create another one or two to if he want to keep playing on SB.

Why not? If the assumption is correct, that he's accessing from restricted country [and the silence so far would point to a yes], there is enough reason to create another account. If his previous account was found and flagged, he'll need to create another one or two to if he want to keep playing on SB.

Sportsbet seems to be innocent since the OP isn't pursuing this. My question is that it's not worth it to take that chance of multi-accounting. What did the OP see that made him want a second account? If the lines are good, then I could see wanting a second account but that's not the case here. I've been banned and limited in the past but just move on to the next book.

This is the thing that bothers me the most about Sportsbet. Both you and Steve are very dishonest and don't always tell the truth. I've never been banned or limited at Sportsbet although I do test them out now and then. I've been banned and limited at other sportsbooks.

I still have not received any response from Sportsbet.io and from the specified user on bitcointalk although he was online more than once and even made a post in the sportsbet.io thread. it looks like sportsbet.io does not care about my case. They are just stealing my winnings and even all of my deposits...

Quite safe to assume that they did from OP's very little explanation and the lack of clarification. Their findings [alt-account] is quite logical if we assume OP is from restricted country, don't you think? OP will need other accounts since his other ones were banned.

And that'll be [at least] two points being breached. I am sure OP is at an overall profit from the previous accounts and abuses, otherwise SB will return his initial deposit.

There's no reason to play at Sportsbet. Your lines are awful, some of the worst that I've ever seen. Stake and Sportsbet are very similar. Both are bad books for players but pay to recruit those that don't know better. Both books also do more KYC than others. I'm sure a lot of innocent players get caught in the net.
