I'm buying BTC, ETH or any other coin you have available that I may be interested, I'm paying with PayPal +10% of current rate.
I will only deal with trusted users or we can use an escrow if there's one available.
For now I'm interested in just buying small amounts, so it would be preferable to deal with coins with lower fees.

As you are a newbie people might not be interested in taking Paypal from you as it is reversible and also it can be reversed even after several months. So, better try to make a deal with your local people who know you personally.
