The output of C:\Program Files (x86)\GnuPG\bin\gpg.exe was:gpg:

Wrong board. Move it to the development and technical board but experts assistance.
Not a technical guru but stumbled on this https://superuser.com/questions/815641/unable-to-send-pgp-key-to-keyserver you can check if it would be of assistance.
Do move to technical board though.
People that are experienced in this are usually active there.

How exactly do you get this error?
Did you do it through command or did the error come from the GUI?

Would you mind sharing with us what PGP key pair you are trying to upload?

You can try other server listed here if that server do not work

I created a new pgp key pair almost a week ,   i backed up it's  keys, yesterday  I wanted to upload the new certificate  to the server  in the GUI mode  but I kept getting  error  which is that above, I shut it down and restarted it but the error persists I searched online from my research  I found out it was some kind of bug but I will try other server  today
