Well this is the question almost every newbie always ask but you see most of them do not grow or improve despite been given guidelines and suggestions, so I keep asking myself if the question is for fun or cruz I don't know, any that's by the way. If you actually want to be a pro in this forum you need to dedicate your time to read and as many thread as possible and also do research and sometimes it's not just about reading and doing research, make sure you understand what you are reading and your research.
It depends on what the person has joined the forum for. If a newbie is here to learn and grow, guidelines and suggestions can do a lot for them because they will read them and learn something from them, but if someone has joined the forum with the intent to earn money from here either through signature campaigns or bounties, they would barely focus that much on what others are suggesting because their minds will be crowded with thoughts regarding how they can grow their rank and start earning money.
It's ethical for us to provide assistance and help when someone asks for it, whether they really need it or not isn't our concern because we can't know that at first. So, we do what we are supposed to do and let them do what they are supposed to do, their success in the journey depends on how they travel on their way to success. One wrong step and the pathway changes towards failure.
