Keep up the good work but I have something to contribute about the campaign. Because as a campaign participants the growth of the campaign is also lying on my advertisement therefore I suggest that let the company increase the pay rate of the campaign so that it will belong to the group of campaigns paying well in the forum and people will like to participate and they is where people will rate the company high and not for the lower pay rate campaigns like Jr. Members and Members campaigns. The best place place to rate a project is bitcointalk forum and they rate high base on your pay rate and the longevity of the campaign and also the smooth running of the project. Therefore again I ask for rare increases for more reorganization in the forum.

Trustpilot is no longer a reliable source for feedback ratings. It is very easy to manipulate and some very dubious services have a high rating there. I'm not saying that this is the case with SecureShift, but I certainly wouldn't rely on reviews from there.

I will not doubt you. Because companies bribe their ways through. And almost a week now,  the company representative have not responded to the campaign manager so the campaign is paused kow and we don't know if they are planning for the bigger package. And Stefen003 has to know that communication is the most important thing in the forum. And many companies are dead in the forum because of lack of communication. Eloncoin is one of them, Bitvest, and recently Cryptomus. Even though you are renovating the company, let there be free flow communication between the community and the representatives of the company to answer questions and solve issues but if they mute then indirectly they leaving.

At the moment, SecureShift operates on a hybrid model. We use decentralized liquidity and protocols for pricing and routing, but the execution layer still relies on temporary routing addresses to complete swaps across multiple sources. That can look custodial, but it’s limited to the swap process only, we don’t hold user funds long-term or have access to private keys. That said, it’s not a fully trust-less DEX yet, and we’re actively working toward fully on-chain, wallet-to-contract execution.

We also run AML checks before any swap is routed. If a transaction is flagged, the swap is stopped and funds are automatically refunded to the original wallet address. This is in place to prevent misuse and keep the platform compliant without adding friction for users.

On transparency -:- you’re right to expect it. If code repositories and audit reports aren’t easily accessible, those claims aren’t verifiable. That can look custodial, but it’s limited to the swap process only, we don’t hold user funds long-term or have access to private keys.

it's doesn't "look" custodial, it is custodial. if i send coins to an address you control and have the private keys for, then you control the coins.
you might not be holding user funds long term, but you hold them nonetheless. claiming you are "Non-Custodial" is just false.

Fair point, and honestly, this is exactly the kind of pushback we need.

You’re right on the core argument: if funds pass through addresses we control during execution, that introduces a custodial element. Even if it’s brief and only for routing, it’s still not the same as a pure smart-contract DEX where users keep full control end-to-end.

Here’s where things actually stand, without dressing it up:

What’s live today is a hybrid swap system. We aggregate decentralized liquidity, but execution still uses temporary routing wallets to complete cross-source swaps.
That means it’s not a fully non-custodial DEX yet, and calling it that outright can be misleading. We’ll be correcting how this is presented so it reflects reality more clearly.
At no point do we hold funds beyond the swap process, and we never have access to user private keys, but yes, during execution, funds are briefly in our control. That distinction matters, and we’re not going to blur it.

On AML, your assumption is partly right.
We run checks because:

some liquidity sources and bridges enforce compliance,
and we also want to prevent flagged funds from entering the routing system and causing failures or freezes mid-swap.

If something is flagged, the system stops the swap and automatically refunds to the original wallet. No manual intervention, no holding.

On audits and transparency, we removed those references temporarily because they weren’t properly backed with public links yet. That’s on us. Rather than leave unverifiable claims up, we pulled them down until everything can be published clearly and checked by anyone.

Bottom line:
What’s on the website will be aligned with what’s actually live. No overstatements.

And longer term, the goal is still the same move toward a fully contract-based, trust-minimized execution layer where this custodial step doesn’t exist at all.

If you’ve got more concerns, keep them coming. This kind of scrutiny helps us tighten things up.

I don't know why your refund policy looks like but it's okay seeing refund address so in case a transaction does not went through.

I’m surprised your ANN thread is already more than two years old. I’ve noticed that exchanges like SecureShift have been growing lately, maybe it’s becoming a trend. Thanks for the info. Upon searching, I found that it’s a significant event, and it’s also the first time the Litecoin Summit will be held outside of the US.
