Kulboi123 is a Scammer - BEWARE

What happened:
I purchased a bhw account from Kulboi123.  I sent him the money and then he never sent the account. In the past when we have done transactions he delivered the account promptly within an hr or so.  This time he kept making excuses about his business partner etc.
