Undoubtedly, Solana is doing pretty well and at number 5 in the market capitalization unsurprisingly after it went down. However, no one should be carried away by allocating more than what he or she can afford to lose for there is much guarantee especially when it comes any other coins other than Bitcoin which has proven to be best of all time since invention. That is the reason why it always advisable not to allocate more than 10% of your Bitcoin investment in other coins.

I don't know how many millionaire were made after investing in those meme coins but I am aware that these three have gained a lot of hype. Solana is gaining popularity only because of airdrops and meme coins. Which for me is just a hype that will pass away soon. Currently comparing Solana with some of the best altcoins doesn't make any difference as Solana needs a lot of new projects in its ecosystem to match the big market capitalisation of BNB & Ethereum.

Solana bounced back but it’s not the same as some other projects which are failing. Many projects which were hyped in 2017 won’t come back just because Solana came back.

Solana went down due to the Ftx scandal and FTX owned a large portion of SOL and hence why it suffered the most compared to other large cap coins. They also owned tons of locked SOL which the lawyers sold recently at a discount to some party.

In 2022 before the crash the coin wasn’t doing too terribly. I remember the week before FTX crashed they had some Google partnership of some sort. So it was still a very large project and the Ftx was just a hiccup however it survived and maybe it’ll try and reach ATH.

I can't agree less, Solana, is the most talked about altcoin now in the crypto space, and it's not surprising why this is so, their innovative dev. team are adding a lot of promising projects in their network which is making them to be more popular, and I'm hopeful that Solana, will reach an enviable ATH in this bull run.  Solana, was written off, but it bounced back and is now everybody's favorite, goes to show that failure is a bastard but success is everybody's buddy. I wouldn't write off Ethereum and BNB, these two are still top altcoins anyday.

How can this ever be a coincidence? It is a commendable work. Solala ecosystem is now a voice to reckon with in the cryptocurrency market, it was a bounce back of an underdog that was formerly rejected (not so rejected though). I like what the brains behind it did in recent years, the upgrade is good and has increased the scalability to make it a viable rival of other blockchains that were formerly the destination of crypto tokens. I believe that more upgrades are coming and will accommodate more outstanding tokens that will be greeted with good performances.

The better future expectations of developers are the reason why they are trooping to the Solana ecosystem now, and the belief of people that for the diverse projects of ETH and BNB to have been so successful the way they were, that of the Solana which is new will always behave similarly. And since Solana is still very low in price compared to them, there is still a big room for it to accommodate more projects that will perform so well.

Considering the network growth rate, Solana could soon become a leader in sidechain solutions. They are growing at a much faster pace as there are no network congestion or significant fee worries. It's high TPS has made it the favorite platform for most people.
TON was another competitor I was considering in the past. Even though TON has larger TPS and has even rose in price recently, the fees for transactions are already high. I might be missing something but the transaction fees I'm paying on TON is already higher than Solana or BSC.

Sure solana is one of the contender but they need to make sure they often do they security and maintenance since solana is always down which is rare to happened on bnb and eth. Yes the memes are there and even volume on nft but that will taken away if they always like that keeping down. Solana could have done it sooner considering the tech it offers in paper and there were too much hype about it but some problems with the network, controversies as well the FTX liquidation hurt the network growth but the recent meme craze on solana has again propelled the network again in a faster pace and unlike Ethereum, the meme craze hasn't limited the network use and meme on Solana are ought to outperform Ethereum meme coins. The future of Solana might depend on the newer alternatives but meanwhile Solana seems the leader in near future.

Solana has been the narrative around the crypto for quite some time and although the hype around it has decreased by a bit, we've seen new projects especially meme coins that are being created on Solana Blockchain. I'm not holding SOL currently, but excluding Ethereum and BNB, I'm thinking Solana might be the next one. it all depends on the future use of the network. Solana is indeed moving with incredible adoption. but when it gets very big they will experience the same problems that Ethereum and BSC also experience.
The problem of many scam tokens and an increasingly congested network will occur and this must be anticipated in the future. when there are more and more shit tokens on the Solana network that is also not good. especially if many end up succeeding in deceiving users. it may reduce interest in using their network.
