I hold most of my coins in cold storage but tend to keep a few on at a time for convenience and to quickly buy and trade online. Assuming that goes down unexpectedly and for good (which I believe is unlikely considering how competent the staff appear to be) would I be able to recover those coins if I have my wallet identifier, password + mnemonic, send password + mnemonic, 2FA, and an old backup of my wallet? I've disabled automatic backups for my wallet considering that's how so many people tend to get their hot wallets hacked. I have 2FA on my Gmail account and regularly cleanse it of unnecessary emails but I still don't want to open myself up to attack. I also generate new addresses for every incoming transaction so I'm assuming I would need to make a new backup every time I generate 100 new addresses?
