I would say that you need to be patient and wait for the next bull run. Buying altcoins is risky and since you have taken that risk you would need to keep yourself calm. The answer to your question lies within your answer. The main reason behind your loss is the greed you had when you were investing into this particular coin.  Go back to the day when you got goosebumps regarding investing into this coins and try to control those feelings that made you to invest in these type of shit coins.

You have to control on yourself and it's very important if you want to be a successful trader. It you don't have control on your greed and actions then you'll have losses in future as well.

thats the thing with investing into the wrong altcoin, in every new cycle of bullrun there's always coin that just tanks and never rise again, they would just lose whatever trading volume is remaining along the way as well as the price stagnating at the bottom floor just to never go up again, MANA in this regard is no exception, if the trading volume just keep tanking as well eventually it will spiralling to the worst scenario that is getting delisted, I remember so clearly when this coin was booming thats when there are trend about NFT and metaverse now its nowhere to be seen.

Their rise is still possible but think of it as if it's near to being abandoned not by the devs but by the investors that have trusted on it. We don't know what can happen next to it when the market becomes so bullish once again and we're not yet there but heading towards there.
If OP or someone that's in the same situation tries to make himself comfortable by holding it until they see the recover of it, good luck. But if you decide to sell at loss and cut it already, I don't think that being from 50%-90% of loss is a good decision.
