I have crypto mining in mind right now and I am stuck at a junction between these two offers.

X10 of RTX 4090 which costs $2000 = Very good for ProgPowZ which can net me $19 per day using

Or x30 pieces of RTX 3070 graphic cards which are very good for the same ProgPow and can also net me $19

RTX 4090 costs $2000 each and 3070 costs $330 each.

What I was able to find out is that the ten 4090s will take less power consumption than the thirty 3070s, if you are in my shoe which offer will you choose and why?

Then maybe you should take the 4090s when they take less power consumption as the 3070s.
I guess it will be not that much difference but lower power consumption is good and if you dont pay for any electricity you use,
you also should go for the 4090s as they dont need that much space as the other GPUs.
If the 4090s have no issues or damaged i would take it.

The RTX 4090 will undoubtedly be better because these graphics cards can be used for both mining and other computing.
But the RTX 4090 has one major problem, like all hot graphics cards, and that is overheating.
These video cards consume up to 400 watts and get very hot. If you know how to solve this problem, then buy it. The RTX 3070 does not have such problems.

10x2000=20000

30x330= 9900

you net $19 either way.

well assuming they are used with no warranty but they work. you will likely get 2-3 years use.

19 x 365 = 7000 a year.

so in two years

you paid off the 3070 and have 4000 cash

and you still owe 6000 on the 4090

resale in two years

3070 150 a card or 4500
4090 1000 a card or 10000

so 3070 4000 profit  + 4500= 8500
4090  6000 lose + 10000. = 4000

so it is likely that the 3070 would be better. after two years mining.

Older 4090s have a power issue with melting connectors, make sure the ones you're offered have the new connectors.

This is very good advice. The RTX 4090 video card is in great demand, and therefore is not kept in store warehouses. Now there are mostly new models on store shelves, but it is advisable to buy modern power supplies with connectors for these video cards for these video cards, so as not to use different adapters. With such power consumption, the adapter is the most dangerous place.

If I say that I've never heard about this issue with RTX4090 I am lying, it is giving me concern too and I will like to know if there is a specific better connectors for this brand GPUs?

Also it seems that 3070 is better in terms of ROI but it will take even more space and extra effort on the maintenance too, but I still prefer the 4090 because it's minimal, in space-wise and other.

This is why I need information about the best power supply and cable connectors for the 4090s.

The 3070 looks like one of the most balanced GPU for mining.

Your choice is pretty expensive you didn't include the cheaper GPU like RTX 4070 super which is cheaper and has less power consumption I won't go with 4090s as you can see it consume much power. If the power rate in your country is a bit expensive the wise option is RTX 4070 super and you can optimize it for power efficiency.

The latest mining software are able to mine more than one coin at the same time so you have to add hashrates to get the real profit.

The CMP 170HX can mine zilliqa (ZIL) at 170MHASH with no power increase in addition to Vertcoin or Kawpow fullspeed with the team black miner. +50% revenue increase or more after power.

I remember this problem, and it was very often associated with poor quality adapters. If the contact is poor, this will cause additional overheating.
