Own a piece of North Idaho!
Up for sale is a .32 acre lot of bare land, currently natural vegetation wooded area including trees, grass, and shrubs. This land was purchased from the county in a foreclosure action. The NE corner of the property shares a boundary with a $1.55M dollar home, and the E boundary shares a property line with a large multi-business complex associated with a nearby golf course. The lot is not buildable. A lot of potential with this lot like approaching the neighboring homes or businesses to purchase/lease, add to your portfolio, diversify with real estate etc. etc. etc. The property is located in Post Falls, Idaho, USA in Kootenai county. Cheap yearly taxes. Ownership and deed will transfer via quitclaim deed based on prior county foreclosure. Title report available upon request. A local attorney will handle transaction, confirm transfer of funds, and provide services to transfer the deed with the county at cost of seller.

Looking for .25 BTC for property, USD equivalent, or trade for loaded physical items like Cas, BTCC, Lealana etc.

Cool property.  A shame it isn't buildable.  Looks like it would be a decent place for a coffee hut or a self-service car wash.  I wonder if there's any hope to reclassify the property or if there's another way around being able to host something there.  Maybe a food truck or something golf related like a mini-golf hole or digital driving range considering it's proximity to a golf course.  I put the picture up for you.  Good luck with the sale!

Appreciate the pic help. I do know some of the lot is sloped, and I have not researched other zoning options with the county. I think the best bet here is to maybe approach the neighboring owners/business to buy it, or see if you can get a physical address established for maybe dual residency? Just some thoughts, and all those suggestions would be up to new owner to confirm.
