Did they tell you why they specifically reject your KYC? Multi-acc detection? Self exclusion? No explanation? I'll notify their representative about this case and get them to look into your account, hopefully they can give a better understanding why it got rejected.

I made a couple of bets on this bookmaker, and now I can’t place bets or withdraw:

On April 3 I registered, made a deposit and from that moment I cannot place bets and get my money back

I doubt that's the whole story of what happened. I don't see any reason for BC Game to simply deny your KYC process and lock your funds without providing a good reason. If you are innocent and not violating any of their rules or being in restricted country, you should eventually get your funds back including your winnings.
Lately, I have seen some cases against BC Game here but they were all resolved or provided evidence against the accusers. Also considering BC.Game runs few decent campaigns here, it's not logical scamming you for less than a thousand bucks and ruing their reputation?

You could try asking the support team about the reason for denying your KYC and why it's not allowed to redo it. This suggests the issue might not be with your documents being unclear or missing something, but maybe that they have detected a violation. That's just my conclusion and you might want to wait for one of their representatives to explain more.

I am currently trying to get to the bottom of this. Bookmarkers usually and most likely will not forbid another KYC submission attempt [there are instances documents being submitted were deemed invalid and the customers are allowed to redo it with other docs] unless the violation is about the KYC itself.

So if you did nothing wrong and completely honest, and the whole story is as you described, you can rest assured that it'll be sorted out smoothly.

Giving OP a benefit of doubts, it is actually a common occurance where users are actually still in the process where their documents are being checked and verified, but they thought they've passed it. Not just with BC, it also happens to several casinos, if I can correctly recall.

Do you consider it an offense to say that I have been verified and complained about a casino while the support agents of that casino do not help? As holydarkness said, I also think this is common. If you have submitted the documents and did not check the status and cannot withdraw, you will be shocked that you have provided them the documents but they do not allow you to withdraw. It is possible that he did not understand at first but later noticed the KYC was denied. I don't think it's an offense.

I just stated this because in the recent weeks we had several complaints/scam accusations by always the same person disguised by different bitcointalk accounts. This person also had countless BC accounts which is a violation of the TOS of the site.
Not saying OP is one of them of course but there is always a suspicion when it comes to these accusations because to be honest the sites mostly have a good reason to deny the service to the person which has the problem, the past has shown that.

OP here twice claims he is verified while he isn't. Once in BC's ANN thread and now here. It's not that hard to see if you are verified.

Kinda beating a dead horse, isn't it? They didn't allow you to re-perform KYC two weeks ago, and it won't change today or tomorrow or even the next two weeks, not until their support team get to the bottom of your case. If the problem was you and their decision was justified [i.e. you had skeletons in your closet], then you'll never be able to re-perform it. If the problem was a technical mistake from their KYC provider though, then you'll be able to re-perform KYC once it gets sorted out. But the point still stand: trying to re-perform KYC before their support can get to the bottom of your situation is useless.

I can assure you that they're in the middle of their investigation of the situation, though. So a little bit of extra patience will be much appreciated.

Still beating and the horse is still dead, can't be more dead. Even if we suppose it's true that the problem is with your webcam, that it's of poor quality and it made you didn't pass liveness check, they still currently locked you out from KYC because they suspected something suspicious, so I still can't see why bother "brute-forcing" the progress by retrying it.

If I may give an opinion about liveness check though, I don't think the quality of your webcam will affect much. If they found it too blurry for them to verify you, they'll just ask you to move to a well-lit place and/or try with better camera.

I am quite sure BC's representative is currently combing through interdepartment and gathering details for the nature of your case. Just wait a little more as holydarkness said.
If you are confident that you do not have multiple accounts if you are not from a restricted region if you haven't abused their bonus system, just wait patiently and their support agent should come back to the forum with an update. We have previous experience that players do not tell the whole story. They always come up with their side of story only and the casino support come up with their side of story as well where we can see that the player violated the rules. If you haven't done anything like that, you should be okay.

Do you consider it an offense to say that I have been verified and complained about a casino while the support agents of that casino do not help? As holydarkness said, I also think this is common. If you have submitted the documents and did not check the status and cannot withdraw, you will be shocked that you have provided them the documents but they do not allow you to withdraw. It is possible that he did not understand at first but later noticed the KYC was denied. I don't think it's an offense.

I believe that's BC's polite way to say OP is the bad actor here and he has bad history with KYC. Given BC decided to grant OP a temporary access to his account and fund, so his situation can get resolved, I think they no longer think it's necessary to "criminalize" OP any further, thus soften the blow with nice words.

I took a look at the OP’s bets. He’s making pre-game bets on major football leagues. There’s no reason to multi-account. What caused the red flag to ask for KYC? I don’t know if you are using Veriff as a third party but they are pretty good with identity but this criminal behavior claim doesn’t seem to hold any validity. There’s no money laundering going on for this amount. If he did something at another book it doesn’t carry over to your book. Player should be paid from my point of view unless I’m missing something. This seems to be an overreach by Veriff or another third party being used.

I just stated this because in the recent weeks we had several complaints/scam accusations by always the same person disguised by different bitcointalk accounts. This person also had countless BC accounts which is a violation of the TOS of the site.
Not saying OP is one of them of course but there is always a suspicion when it comes to these accusations because to be honest the sites mostly have a good reason to deny the service to the person which has the problem, the past has shown that.

OP here twice claims he is verified while he isn't. Once in BC's ANN thread and now here. It's not that hard to see if you are verified.

Bc.Game Support should clarify this after saying your account's balance is zero yet your account was unblocked with current bets on other games thus it becomes zero, i assume this is a misunderstanding from their support. What's the purpose of unblocking an account if at the end of the day the amount cannot be withdrawn.

Great job BC.game and all casinos should follow. You entered the thread, explained the problem and then made the proper decision. A tad longer than two weeks but not bad. All should try to get things done within two weeks.

Even when a casino rules against the player, a ruling should be made in two weeks.
