The conditions for this bonus are the worst possible for players in terms of conditions. Wager x60, but the conditions indicate that only 50% of all allowed for playing with this bonus is included, that is, wager x120! In addition, the maximum withdrawal from this bonus is $5! The most disgusting casino I've ever seen!

Actually nobody forces you to use and play with this bonus.
I for example also didn't like the wager requirements so I simply cancelled the bonus.
It was also just 5$ so I couldn't care less.

I think that the casino is very unfair to players and greedy. The most disgusting large casino I have ever seen. In general, everything in the casino is very poorly done. For example,
live support can respond for an hour,  this should not happen in a popular casino. If at least 10 people read my reviews and change their minds about playing here, I will be happy about it!

I have always adviced people, most especially gamblers, casino don't give bonuses for free, most especially when it comes to all this welcome bonuses and so on, this is why I always advice gamblers to first read the terms and conditions of any bonus offered by a casino before deciding whether or not, to participate in that bonus giveaway, as personally, I've always believed that some or most of those bonuses are nothing but a trap, imagine having to wager x120 just to get a bonus of $5, first, you will have to ask yourself if it's really worth it, that is, risk losing x120 of $5, just to get a $5, it's insanely awful, and I wonder why any body in their right senses will want to register under such a bonus.

He just doesn’t read posts, if he did he would have realized this and also read advice given by other members on how he could have resolved this issue (back when he still had balance and haven’t gambled them away).

Dude just keep jumping from one complaint to another - from having his kyc verification denied to complaining about not receiving self-exclusion link sent quickly (which was proven wrong by two different users^{myself included}) and now he’s after bonus which has a 120x wagering requirement.

I. Ve been following the gambling board fir quite some time and I dan tell you that an emojy isn't a trademark. Don't take it too seriously, all they did is using the same emojy on their Ann thread title. This doesn't mean in any way that they are trying to frame bc.game
They've used only two emoji and you started complaining, what would you say if they've used three emojis?

Most other casino threads also have emojis, it’s just a coincidence they also chose the fire emoji for theirs. It is common in online marketing to use emojis to draw attention. You can just look at the “promotions” tab in your email account and see that many companies like to use emojis in the subject area. The flame and police siren emojis are very overused, but that’s only because they’re effective.

I guess doesn't have an impact too much because at the end of the day, it is all about their reputation and credibility, as you can see in our gambling board most of the ann thread uses an emoji because its colourful and easier to notice by the viewers, so that's why they become more creative with the color and emoji they are using, seems this thing too is just coincidence.

Yes, it is all about reputation and how innovative they are but I somehow got confused when I saw those fire emojis and accidentally clicked on the thread. Later on, I realized that casino marketing is being looked at by icopress, which is why the same emoji is being used. That flame emoji does give a unique resemblance to the thread which I admire. But, it does make both the threads look similar which is confusing for everyone or may be it was me only.

Each casino has an announcement thread here like bc.game can freely add any emoji depending on what's available and allowed by the SMF for the title. I know that we're getting familiarized with the three fire emojis but it's not a big deal at all as bc.game has its own branding in terms of logo and it's their cute and notable avatar mascot and 'b' pacman design.

I agree, the fire signs in the title of the thread are absolutely no reason to stir up dust here. The emoji has also been seen in other threads in the past, but there was no danger of confusion with BC.Game there either.

Not for me anyway, I've put a handful of threads in my favorites and that's how I get in. To be honest, I find the gambling startpage here on the board quite confusing, especially because there are a lot of posts in many different threads and the threads that interest me quickly slip to page 2. I save myself the trouble of searching by using direct entry points in my favorites.

I have always been very satisfied with BC.Game.
Great selection on sports bet, quick evaluation of bets, fast payout.

But now, unfortunately, I have a problem and the support doesn't admit the mistake.

On 1st April I placed two bets on Game Varnamo - GAIS

After I placed my bets the association decided to change date and place. Originaly match should be played on 7th April at 14:00. But they changed date to monday 8th April 19:00. In addition they wouldn´t play at Värnamo, pitch was changed to Boras.
Because of this fact I asked in chat what will happen with my bet. Do you will settle my bet or do you will void the match?
I recieved these answer:

Mike told me in chat that they will void these two bets. After I read these information, I placed a new bet on Varnamo.

Surprise on Monday evening. All bets were settled wrong. Also the two bets from 1st April. After these result I was in chat again. They told me bets were graded correctly. "I´m sorry but the system has informed that the result of your bet is correct, sir. Sorry for the inconvenience"

In my opinion it´s a hard decision. Because I got wrong information on chat. Of course, I accept the evaluated bet that I placed later. But it´t not ok at bets from 1st April where chat told me that they will void these bets.

Any idea what I still could do?
As I said, everything has been absolutely great so far. This is my first little bad experience with BC.game
