Be very careful about any campaign manager offering any service. Before agreeing any deal use the Services board here to search around.

If you intend to run a signature campaign my advice would be to completely dismiss any campaign manager that was happily promoting a money laundering business after it was made clear they would eventually be seized by international law enforcement agencies.
