Most people just eat anything that comes their way, some of the problems we have are whant we eat, We have to  exercise and eat healthy and stop alcohol, some of us what we eat is root cause of our health problem. I had to consult several nutritionist and dietitians to learn what healthy eating actually mean, most people think they are eating healthy but they aren’t.

I had to consult several nutritionist and dietitians to learn what healthy eating actually mean, most people think they are eating healthy but they aren’t.

I think this topic is more of off- topic than our thread here. Well, almost everyone loves to eat well but the economy doesn't enable that sometimes. For someone to feed well in this country, you will almost spend all your salary unless you are paid high at work. Feeding alone takes more that 70% off our earnings as food are so expensive. And with this 70%, you may not even feed well. Nevertheless, I will recommend a balanced meal even if it small.

There is a scientific fact that says our body structure and health status is dependent on the food we eat aside factors like family trait and from birth issues. So it's left for you to decide whether to eat healthy or eat whatever comes your way. But as Nigerian we know how things be, them no need to tell us say your feeding level is directly proportional to your earnings. Most persons dey struggle to survive and them buy what they can afford so how you wan take explain give that kind person make e eat healthy when money no dey? E go be like say, you dey speak Chinese for the person ear. Be competent to spot one's problem. We become ambitious when we've gain access to good information and knowing the in and out of the system. We should be entirely selective when it comes to food, know the delicacy to take in and the ones to avoid. Always visits a doctor when you sensed complication or the unbalanced state of mind. Health should be our priority in the real world. Knows the spot to gain access and also driving for incredible moves which will served as benefits for us at last.

Eating healthy foods is necessary in the life of any body who wants to live longer and healthier and majority of people don't know the health benefits that is associated with eating healthy and natural foods. People basically eat any food just to satisfy their stomach and some people go as far as preferring to eat just a particular food and reject others. Before one can live more healthier, eating healthy foods is the key and it is good to make research on foods that have high nutritional value before eating. Don't eat because you want to satisfy the hunger in you, eat good food and stay healthy as that is even the most important wealth anyone can have because if you look at some wealthy people in our society now, most of them have chronic diseases because of too much intake of sugary foods and most of them are even diagnosed with diabetes because of high intake of sweetened foods. And they spend so much money treating their health issues which some of them even lost their lives in the process so it is good to give attention to whatever food that goes into our body.

OP, perhaps I no know who carry come this forum ooh but at least you and the person should have at least the minimum conversation of what the forum is all about, even with common sense you go know say the forum na crypto forum, bitcoin mostly. So almost all the conversation wey we dey expect for here supposed dey in alignment with bitcoin and/or any other cryptocurrency (shitcoins) no be anything wey enter your mind you go just write post for here.

I don read plenty threads on how the OGs of the forum take agitate for the local board and e worth say their efforts no go go in vain.

Abeg, for the main time if you never understand the forum wella, try dey ask ordinary questions related to crypto then from there you go begin get basic knowledge of the cryptocurrency and the forum. I forgot like make you find person wey go lecture you about the forum well or U go even better visit the learnmeabitcoin website to learn from there and anything wey you no understand try ask questions.

There are lot of things to discuss as this is a vast topic and it depends on region as I have seen people from Europe being extremely conscious when it comes to their food while Americans they eat all the junks foods but you would be surprised to see the foods in India and Pakistan and how people consume food as our body gets adapted to how and what we eat. It might look anything and everything for someone else but for the other person it's their BAU food.

Actually, what we eat contributes a lot to our health. There are many classifications of food that, when consumed, will increase your good health, but due to the present situation in our country, Nigeria, many have to focus more on getting what they need to quench their hunger than on the effective nutrition they are supposed to be taking. So even if you want to, you will have to be patient and go on with the life that you are living. To me, I don't see that most of the health issues that are affecting them are based on their own fault, but due to the current inflation that is affecting the country,

For instance, some families hardly find it necessary to eat three meals a day, but due to the economy, they hardly eat one meal, which can cause a great hunger in them. and it will be so unfortunate to see how many people in the country suffer in life due to low income and the high price of the goods in the market, so having an effective meal in Nigeria is something that will be needed by most of the low-income families.

Thanks for this summary, but you could have gone further to elaborate on some food that we as citizens of this country and in this hard economic times, can eat to stay healthy and fit.

I would like to think that rice grains remain one of the most expensive food choice for many households today and the fact it is rich in carbohydrates makes it less needed now.
Food rich in protein, fats and oil, vitamins, iron, calcium  are much needed  mostly during this rainy season when the cold does nothing but serenade the atmosphere and our living confines.

 It may be a very good idea to also get used to taking herbal teas, hot soups and fruits, while some garlic and ginger to our soup or stew can help improve our immunity and well, it's  a nice and healthy way to stay warm and cozy during this rainy season.

Yes eating healthy is very important but most of the people don't have what it takes to improve there healthy life, they knows they aren't eating healthy but they have to eat it that way and besides healthy life is one of things that keeps us most stronger then we think. If you check very well people that eat healthy food life longer then they expect .

One thing is that protein, vitamins, iron and fats are one thing's that forms the body and makes us strong and standing stronger alive today, but most people doesn't have an income that can provid them those needs. So for my own opinion eating healthy food it's also living longer then you think.

Normally everybody want to eat good food to enable them they healthy and live longer but the question is can they afford to provide what their body need know because them didn't have the money to buy what their body needs,  because of the situation of the country that makes people eating what dey aren't suppose to eat just because make hunger no kill them, But even as country had so na just poor people dey suffer ram because all those Rich men Dem dey always eat healthy food.

Well it is good to eat healthy food but talking of stopping alcohol, most of de food we eat contains alcohol in little volume so it is nt taking alcohol that is de problem but been moderate in whatever we eat.Also u must be financially stable to be able to maintain a healthy diet.

No be lie, wetin we dey eat na e dey cause some kind sickness wey we dey sick today, because say we just dey eat anyhow, whether e dey good for our body system or not, we no care, which is not good, even to go hospital for proper check up, we no dey do am self, even wen we eat dey eat something wey our body no want, and we see am say our body no want, we go say na because na the first time na e mk e dey do us like that, which is very bad, anything wey our body no want, mk we no dey force am to like am instead mk we go hospital to check our body as e be and know the kind food wey dey good for our body system or we fit beg them self to creat food time table for us, na one too go really help us to eat healthy and stay fit meanwhile as we dey eat balance diet, mk we no also forget to exercise o, because dat one too dey do e own work.

You are correct but to an extent, you can afford to consult a nutritionist but most Nigerians can't do that considering the situation of the country, for naija we eat what we see for survival and we have been surviving regardless of what goes into our body.

I agree with you, for this life make our health become our first priority, we no chop better thing how body sef wan take dey okay? If you see waiting some of us dey eat, person wey no dey use to that type of food fit vomit. If you live around some hausa language, you go know say people dey eat rubbish for this country. Most times, we tend to pay more attention  to  other stuff and we don't  actually  take sufficient  care of ourselves.  We give attention to work, and other things aside what we eat and  the quality  of  exercise we carry out, forgetting  that this is physicality and when the body is not well taken care of, your other functions  will be affected , and generally our output is barred or declined.  Eating healthy isn't always the best of cuisine,  as it depends on your health condition  to some extent.  For example,  eating sugar isn't such abad thing, sucrose and all of that has its work in the body, but then , its not a healthy one for diabetes  patience.
Then getting  into diets help to shape your day to day activity  and bring out your maximum  output

As far as health is concerned, it's advisable to eat healthy foods and live healthily if we must stay healthy.
Healthy foods doesn't really matter to be compared between delicious or yummy foods but edibles contents for human consumptions in general.
We've in time awkwardly believed that healthy foods are one of those expensive and rich foods being garnished at its preparations with good aromas. That's not but the hygienic measures by which we prepares those consumable substances in a well tidiness such as washing them before proceeding to consumptions.
Rich life is as good as living a good health which is everyone's responsibilities to maintain that healthy hygienes.

While we've discussed about healthy foods for consumptions, let's also consider our environments which can can be effective to the state of our livings. So, we're to keep our environments well tidied and cleaned including the streets for walk by and also as keeping our wears such as clothed materials clean because ignorant to emphasize of just eating healthy foods while your environment is not put to considerations is apparently a threat to bring you unhealthy being so, while we do have that impact of health foods, let's us consider our environments.
