Oh and, OP, I'm conjuring your deleted posts back from the void you casted them away. I am sure you just accidentally deleted them?
-snip
this makes me think that he really doesn't have any evidence showing any kind of indication that he has an addiction when he was talking to Rollbit support.

I guess, the OP really is just trying to pass the blame to someone for all the money he had lost and probably hoping for some compensation.

I am thinking the same, or maybe he thought he would be able to manipulate the community members to support him and unfairly put pressure on Rollbit to make some form of compensation. To his dismay, no one backed him up and due to the embarrassment, he decided to delete all the replies.  Grin

What a stupid loser and time waster.

While we can sympathize with swagg87's situation, at the same time, we all have to take responsibility for our actions.  As tempting as it is to blame the casinos, he made the choice to keep playing beyond his limits. And  casinos do provide tools to help - deposit caps, timeout periods, self-bans...  Maybe using those could've helped avoid this situation.

It's a tough lesson to learn.  Losing that kind of money hurts.  But letting it become an addiction hurts more in the long run.  I hope swagg87 can get back on track, and be a bit more mindful with gambling going forward.  Weve all been there to some degree.

That's probably the case. He is pointing fingers to have someone to blame for the cause of his actions wherein he might unexpectedly lose that money and wants all the money back by trying to blame it on the casino. Sadly, this community does not work that way, there is no way the community will support someone who took the action of risking his own money all by himself.

It seems like his mother is disappointed, although I'm having a hard time to get it since if the OP was a very good son, 37 years old and a fitness influencer, I would expect from his mother to be supportive and help him fight his addiction not the opposite, abandoning him after his first fall. Up to what he wrote in the story, he doesn't admit his only fault which can be a sure sign of a bad addiction when you blame the casino for your losses.

I suggest for him to share his story on YouTube as an influencer, admitting his mistakes and addiction to warn people about the dangers of gambling irresponsibly. It could be a lesson for all. I believe that sometimes it's good to go public, and to have people who will support you through your tragedy and get back on your feet faster.

I somewhat doubted the truth of his story, some of it sounds strange and counter-logical, I'll keep them for myself for the time being, though.

And... sharing his story to YouTube as an influencer? Yeah, good advise. I believe that's his intent, a hidden threat he slipped in between his narrative, stressed at the end of his opening post, that reads: "I am a fitness influencer, I'll spread this story to my audience if this case does not get resolved to my favor."

I will keep up informing the internet about what’s going on this evil site to never let that happen to anyone again.
I don't think anything will change. This is a good story, a good read to learn lesson for others. You were unlucky and Rollbit was lucky. You were giving your money willingly, Rollbit did not ask for it from you.
This is not a scam accusation at all. Remove the word from the title and the story will look different.

I guess, the OP really is just trying to pass the blame to someone for all the money he had lost and probably hoping for some compensation.
That's indeed what he is doing to feel better. Give him a thousand, he will spend it in gambling again. It's one of the nature of a gambling addict.

On that case... I'll PM Razer, I'll ask him to redirect his resources and manpower to get to OP's UID and put him in an exclusion. Lest he borrowed some from someone and burn them out as well. Hopefully Razer can zeroing into OP's account from the limited information provided here:

Account created by June 2023
USD 400 initial deposit
Deposited in the sequence of 2,000, 3,000, and 5,000
And... Terrorizing their support team every two or three days.

That'll still be a needle in a hay barn. But I guess OP will not come back here to provide his UID.

If the OP won money, he would be paid. He lost and has no one to blame except himself. These types of addictions are sad but the book returning funds is enabling him to do it over again.

If he had won the money, he certainly wouldn't have come here complaining and we probably wouldn't have heard a word about his gambling addiction. This is unfortunately often the case with problem gamblers.

I get why he feels cheated but that's the addiction talking.  He chose to gamble.  The house didn't force him.  Now he's facing consequences and looking to point fingers.  But recovery starts when we own our actions.  Dude needs help coping, not a refund. I hope he gets support instead of enabling.  Tough love can be the wake-up call that saves a life.

Heard back from Razer today with a good news. They managed to get into OP's account and placed exclusion on it so that he can no longer use the account.

I somehow doubted OP ever mentioned or indicates that he's a gambling addict to rollbit's support, that's why he deleted his other posts, as he realized he couldn't win community's sympathy with his baseless story. And given above mentioned action has been taken, I think we can mark this as resolved.
