Lol it’s a cute one. Though what does it mean? Usually people use memes because they indicate something and it’s better to express it in pictures rather than using words to explain them.

Another character I can think of as a meme is the duck or chick one with different emotions. It was all over my feed some weeks back.

Does this mean that you're allowing other creators to use your logo for propriety purposes as well? If you own this logo as a trademark, I'd say that it shouldn't be used for any commercial purpose.

Nice coin logo, bit then what else is to this project because just a memecoin character as mentioned in the ops will definitely drive readers thoughts towards the behaviour and establishment of the coin and what product their support.

Everyone has the same plans when they release similar meme coins. And these plans are to sell as many of these tokens as possible to gullible investors, and get a good profit from it. Only now investors have become more cautious and are in no hurry to buy shit coins.

     Most of the meme coins that I see are ugly in appearance, but there are some that are cute to look at, like Doge and Shib, and this one that you gave an OP is also cute from what I see. Now, you should also explain why that is and what he wants to emphasize to the crypto community in this field of the crypto space.

     Of course, the meaning must be beautiful and attractive, right? to be able to build a good community and get a lot of support, even if it starts with just hype and sees potential like others who started as jokes and in the end ended up being serious assets.
