Exactly its hard to bear the responsibility of the action done by OP especially people don't know him and what possible action he want to do. $25 offer is nothing with possible huge stress it could possibly bring if OP will laundered money and if certain investigation will happen those used name will float up so for sure those people who sold their account will be at huge risk to be in big problem regarding on those situation. Well, I honestly do not know if this is a good idea or business deal for the person that will be going through that stress of opening the account for you and passing kyc verification.
Opening the account might not really be an issue for anyone, even those living in other countries, but the only and main issue is passing the kyc verification, only those in the US with valid US identity verification cards can do this, and I highly doubt anyone will want to that this for you for just $25 which they can easily earn from this forum the various signature campaigns and bounties we have here.

Not to mention that the person is and will be taking a very huge risk on you, when he or she does not know who you are, you could be a criminal, or even a kidnapper, a human parts trafficker or a money launderer. And the person who do this for you can be in grave danger if and when the US government for whatever reason link any of this crimes to the account, the US authorities won't look for you, it's the person that verified the account for you that they will look for.
