Do it both, being able to explore crypto currency investment and at the same time building up yourself or taking care of yourself. Honestly, these days I'm noticing the changes in my body. I'm getting more body fat as I'm doing stress eating because of stress from my everyday work and other side hustles like investments, especially in bitcoin and other associated with bitcoin. But as I notice what's happening to me, I want to change and become healthy again like I used to be. That's why now I'm doing my best in order to revert my old body state and also focus on more investment while having a healthy lifestyle.

Health insurance does not work or follow the rules and regulations everywhere. There are given some relaxations in different countries considering the law there. And speaking of my country I would prefer to invest rather to have a health insurance, because I have seen cases where the insurance company is not realsing or giving funds to the patients, they are making excuses and I have seen cases where they even eat up all the funds and made excuses to not give a single penny.

In opposite to this, if a person would have invested in BTC and have kept all the funds by himself, and even have accumulated BTC by doing DCA over the period of 30 years max, he would have enough funds to cover the health funds.
