Not as simple as that, he would have to wait close to 5 months because aside the casino has a daily withdrawal limit, there are also weekly and monthly limit. The monthly withdrawal limit for a player is $50k, so if he wants to withdraw all his current balance as shown on the screenshot ($265k) then he will need to wait for more than 5 months ($265k/$50k). Unless the casino give him a special offer to allow $5000 per day without weekly/monthly limit then he will only need to wait for 50+ days for all his balance.

I'm curious to know why they come up with $5k daily withdrawal settlement? They should pay you the whole winnings since you come up clean for winning that also for acknowledging that you can able to withdraw your winning it means that win is legit.
