I'm using Google translate here so assuming I understood you correctly...

Recovering your hardware wallet on Trustwallet was not really a good choice. But since you've already done that, as far as I know, Trustwallet doesn't let you access more than one address. That could be the reason as to why you cannot see your funds and if by "SegWit" you mean native SegWit (addresses starting with bc1) then Trustwallet should support that so I don't think the problem is related to that.

Try using the Electrum wallet for the import because the Trust wallet is not an open source wallet, so it's not a reliable wallet. Regarding the fact that you don't see your balance, as answered above in the first reply, Trust wallet only reads a single address, if you probably used several addresses for your entries or if you probably even have some UTXOs, then you need a wallet that reads several entries from several addresses

[Edit] don't  know if replying using translator  is prohibited  so I had to edit to a normal reply[from Portuguese to English]

In which wallet can I see and move my segwit Bitcoins?
They are from the segwit network and not from the native segwit network as in the image.
~image snip~

Just translated what you are trying to say like the above said you can use Electrum just make a new wallet on Electrum and send all of your BTC from your segwit wallet to Electrum.

And I never heard of any Bitcoin wallet that doesn't accept BTC from a segwit address you should be able to receive it from any wallet.
Also, take note of the current network this is not a good time to make a transaction because the transaction fee is very expensive due to network congestion.

Since segwit address is backward compatible this shouldn't be an issue but base on the image Op shared, he/she is trying to import a segwit address different from the native address where as trust wallet only use Native SegWit.

It will be better if Op, import his/her seed phrase on electrum wallet just like promise444c5 said earlier which do allow changing of bitcoin address to other version.

Also Op I can see you're Portuguese and there's a local board here for it, feel free to ask questions and participate in discussion there,  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=29.0

IMPORTANTE: NUNCA REVELES AS PALAVRAS NEM AS INTRODUZAS EM SITE OU ENVIES A ALGUEM! Trata as palavras semente como o teu PIN - Se deres o teu PIN a alguém passam a controlar a tua conta bancária correcto?
