Have you guys seen a token made to incentivize and expand the Tor network? I'm looking into the ATOR Protocol, and it's got some interesting ideas. They reward relay operators with their ATOR token through a Proof-of-Uptime mechanism and offer hardware with LoRa routing for an extra layer of physical privacy.  The ATOR Relay is designed for easy setup, and their partnership with Streamr hints at some seriously secure decentralized infrastructure.

I'm curious about real-world experiences:  Has anyone used an ATOR Relay? Is it reliable? Also, while the paid incentive model sounds good, I want to know more about how the Proof-of-Uptime system stays fair and prevents abuse.

ATOR was banned by Tor authorities because of the attempt to incentivise the Tor network: https://blog.torproject.org/tor-network-community-health-update/
Has something changed?
