Can you give us an example of an organization that does this? From what I can glean in this topic is that your organization kind of sounds like those hostage negotiators or something like that or maybe a small claims court. I'm not that familiar with this organizations so I'm really curious how it operates.
Thanks for the question. The closest organization that does something like this would be ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) for companies whose customers agree to try to mediate with a dispute company before going to court. Hopefully this link will be allowed as an example by the forum system:
https://resolutesystems.com/mediation-services/If someone is ready to be trained on mediation, arbitration, and dispute resolution, I'm ready to pay them to do that. They must accept however that the organization may or may not ever take off and get substantial amounts of actual business, so there is a very slow up ramp with no promise of a steady income. However, it would be a promise of at least SOME good income at some points, which could be better than NO income at those same points in time.
