Dear All

I need your help. I received from "bybit web3 staking" ENA in MANTLE Chain. And when i wanted to deposit it to my bybit main account, there was showing only ERC20 network and i stupidly choose ERC20 Network for deposit my ENA (in Mantle network) from my ByBit web3 wallet. And now after 1 day still not deposited. What i can do? Please help.

it will never arrive because its not in ethereum network so thats not gonna detected furthermore the exchange haven't implemented deposit for ENA other than ethereum itself
best you can do is trying to contact them, maybe they can do something about it after all they are the one that got access to the address anyway, but maybe once implementation of ENA deposit for mantle is there, it will credited automatically in the future, you just never know whats gonna happen to your coin its the exchange themselves that decide.
even waiting it out until the exchange allow deposit from MANTLE doesn't necessarily guarantee your coin will be credited to your account if you don't try to contact them, so just press that support button and talk to the customer support.

Only the Bybit support can help you out in this case

You are always warned not to deposit wrong assets in wrong address as the chances of getting a refund are close to zero. Some exchanges don't even bother refunding at all, even though they are the custodians of the private keys to their wallets.

Good luck, but let this be a big lesson.
