Will communism ever be realized?

Communism is really a top down style police state. It places no value on the community apart from whatever use it can get from the citizen. The ignorant masses are equally as dangerous and the clever snakes who devise such schemes. Social democracies are a far better style of "communism". The other alternative is a wise and benevolent king who is not inclined towards dictatorial powers but unfortunately kings are human and humans are seldom wise or benevolent.
