I can currently relate to it but might be in different sense than what the person stated.
We are 4 of us working in a department/firm, at equal position and same speciality. We have a lot of things to do and are busy on the office hours, sometimes having to come early and leave late. We also deal with the clients and make deals on how much they are willing to spend and their priorities. One of us (not me), is more fluent on dealing with clients. Still depends though, if you can do the fast gains at a consistent rate but at the same time you make the money from it, I'd take the fast gains because that means that I'll be building wealth much faster. That's a good indicator of wealth if you ask me but you also should add growth because a minimum wage earner can have all the stability and consistency but you wouldn't consider then wealthy because they're a minimum wage earner, that's why I've added that part about it being able to grow your money annually if not monthly. That's also a good prospect to be looking out for your future, you never know when you're going to be able to continue working so you should do what you can to be able to live comfortably when you retire.
