I get some messages in my log, saying the three boards not initializes (I think)

Is this from me doing the wiring wrong? (not enough power)
The cable comes with four loose ends, I connected it to my three phase so that I excluded one phase.
This because there was only four wires, and EU three phase have five wires (Ground, Neutral, L1, L2 and L3).

The S21 Hydro four cable wires was Blue, black, brown and yellow/green. Connecting a blue wire (normally Neutral/ The 0) to a live phase seemed wrong.
But perhaps this was what I should have done?

Not knowing the connections and guessing seems like a bad idea to me. In the very first instance, I would have sent a support request to Bitmain and ask what the colour coding for the connections is.

I'd say it's feasible that your problem could be down to wrong wiring, but also you're lucky you haven't fried the miner completely.

Is the S21 Hydro designed to connect direct to your power distribution or is it meant to have some kind of control unit?

Yes, you are right, I did but never got an answer.
However, I connected the third phase to the blue wire, and then it finally worked correctly.

The bought that cable from mineshop.eu, and I later received a cable from the same place as I bought the miner from, millionminer.com and that cable had other colors on the wires. It was also using somewhat ticker wires and made a more robust impression overall.

So, all solved well. S21 Hydro is mining BCH now, its really a bunch of heat in these 5,4 kW  Cheesy
