Why does it matter?

It's doing good right now and if you are looking for an indicator to buy then just analyze what have happened already because no one can know what can happen tomorrow let alone in the next 2 years.

There are a lot of things that could make or break solana and we dont know if any of those are actually going to happen.

With all the projects and airdrops that's happening on Solana, I'd say that they're just going to grow even more as the years go by, I don't think that in any way that you'd be able to disregard that fact, Solana will grow and it's in our best interest if we pay attention to that because I don't think that we're going to want to miss out on the opportunity, Solana with it's growing community, I'm pretty sure that they're going to see more and more growth over the years and it wouldn't be a wise move to not invest in them even with just a little amount. 2 years isn't a very long time but I'm sure that we're going to see growth in those years but not as big as I expect it to be.

Solana will not die easily like most altcoins, as there is a group that believes that Solana has value in itself, and hence the investment is emotional. If the price rises, even by 5%, they will begin to buy more, so the general trend will be low with strong increases, and so on.

its a blockchain that is widely used by people it isn't gonna go anywhere, solana will be here to stay but talking about the price of solana itself is entirely different matter but from my opinion it will stand.
I think right now the price for solana isn't overrated, $160 is the right price for solana since it has grown this big it reminds me ethereum in the good old days when it was still starting to be booming and the result become what ethereum is today.

as for your question whether its gonna be dead in 2 years, i have firm believe that it won't, maybe in 2 years though many things will be developed for solana but solana on its own is a good enough blockchain people will keep using it.
im projecting that solana will just have the same blockchain growth just like how ethereum grows, the market cap will reach near to ethereum eventually if crypto market keep growing the market capital.
since blockchain like solana where there are many dapps deployed also being populated with so many meme coin being deployed into the blockchain, i find blockchain that have that kind of trait to be rarely dead within less then a decade anyway.

Solana is not your usual pump and dump coin. It has shown resilience over time and I am not going to be surprised if it continues to do so. Obviously they have lots of things to improve on still but I think it has the potential to be part of the top coin for quite a long time alongside Bitcoin and Ethereum.

The Solana ecosystem has recently started evolving and becoming famous among developers. It is looking promising but the network congestion issue is a problem that needs to worked on by the developers. If Solana is able to handle easily it's scalability issues then it will have a bright future if not then it will not become as popular as Ethereum. They may have high TPS but that won't help them if the network is congested.

I feel that in the future Solana will compete with BSC because the price of the token is already gaining value and more adoption. The future is unpredictable and I can still be wrong that Solana may never rise to compete with BSC in the future. There were so many altcoins that was very successful in the first 2 to 5 years after they were created but those project have become shit and that is a bad character of altcoins. You can not be assured for anything because something unexpected can happen.

i think that the future of solana will be good seeing how solana developers develop the ecosystem so well, that it attracts the interest of many other developers to be able to launch their projects in the solana ecosystem. according to their data alone, there are currently tens of thousands of developers developing their projects in the solana ecosystem, and that number continues to increase every month. by increasing the number of developers and users in the solana ecosystem, this will be good news for solana's future development.

2 years is not that long to be kicked out of the market. There are some hybrid versions of the solana blockchain already in development. Monad got a lot of hype about their launch and it claims to be secure and decentralized, as ETH at the same time will be using parallel blockchain ideas of solana which will be super fast. ETH layer 2 has lot more chance of survival than solana i think. Even if solana is replaced by some other project it will still take two more cycles.

No one knows.
2 years from now is likely the bear market that is about to come. And we have no idea if solana is still going to be the project that it is now. So far, we see good progress on it. But do not be overwhelmed with that because many too good projects in the past became nobody after the bull run that it has gone through and the faced the bear market.

Solana is not very ready to tackle challenges a TOP 5 coin needs to tackle.
For example, it is very centralized and decentralisation will be an important topic to tackle. Even Ethereum is sometimes accused to be too centralized.

Solana has been growing and I am thinking it’ll be worth probably 2 or more times its current value today. Two years from now, we will definitely be facing another season of bear markets, and by then, all coins will definitely have a price dip, including Bitcoin. The bull market is going to last only for next year, and starting in 2025, the bear season will start. If you are speculating for the price of Solana to soar higher than it has lately, you can expect a high price in the next 4 years, which is when Bitcoin will experience another halving that is definitely going to give rise to a bull market and influence other coins price. Although we cannot accurately predict what will happen in the next two years, we are only speaking based on the price history of coins.
