I found one thing that could be improved
I can't find the page that explains what the minimum requirements are to be able to withdraw
now I discovered by asking support that the minimum for usdt is 25 USDT

It would be nice to have a summary page! thank you

Transparency about limits is very important.

I couldn't find such information either.
However, I have made a few withdrawals in the past (of btc) and never saw any minimum message. I thought there was none.

Yes, those rewards are nice thing to have, I also claim them from time to time. I also got good wishes from other players during those times when I was particularly active on the platform and spent a couple of hours playing games, while I was testing the site. This is much better version of your VIP program. I’m curious on do you compute the wager of old players since the casino counts the wager in Bitcoin value before but now it’s on USD amount that makes it have some variation because Bitcoin price back then is much lower compared to the current price.

Yes, that seems right, I also think so. The previous wager is taken into account, but to receive the bonus you need to move to the next level.

I do check now my account. The old wager is counted but it’s not that high since they use low Bitcoin price rate to count our previous wager that we do in Bitcoin currency since the old wager measurement is on Bitcoin.

I think I wager above 100K that time even the Bitcoin price is low compared to the current price but they seem use the lowest price of Bitcoin as way to convert Bitcoin wager. Nevertheless it’s still good that old wager was credited even if it’s done for a long time.

At least in my case, I am missing some wager, but it is a small amount.

Thank you for responding to me. I actually cannot remember what my wager was but like you said it was in BTC, IIRC it's 2 BTC++. Or at least 1BTC anyway, but hard to remember. I'll login in August, currently different office now.

It's kinda a shame they not really respond to our questions about rewards from long ago. Now for an old player to play all over again, and we're just using BTC anyway, price didn't matter to us. Not so much complaining just I guess things haven't really changed at BJF. New promos, new offers, but old issues remain

I’m not sure if I will play again with this kind of reset on our wager. They should use the high rates for Bitcoin as basis for our wager since this is the time they implement the new VIP program as perks for users that play in the casino early days or OG players.

I believe this is their final revamp for their VIP program compared before that they promised too good to be true rewards on higher VIP level. At least now they are using the typical VIP reward format.
