Well this looks like a scrypt rental for scrypt coins (Litecoin, Doge, Feathercoin) and so far ASICs don't go into GH/s yet. I assume you were thinking about SHA-256 (Bitcoin) rentals?

No, it's not a scam. When it first launched it was at $75 per 1000 Kh/s.
But no one purchase, so I had to reduce the price down to $25 per 1000 Kh/s.

So basically when this amount of hash power is nearly useless by then. Difficulty will be so high, you'll never be able to ROI in the contract timeframe to make back $25.
