Try https://ninjastic.space/ and search for the person's username or user ID. From there, you can see their post history. If you know how to use it, you can also see their deleted posts.

For posts that have not been deleted but have been edited, you can check below each of the posts; they will show the edited changes if there are any.

You can easily click on their profile to go through whatever think they had put on there or you can as well use the above ref site to track the overall performance of any user you want over here.
Beside you just joined forum and have zero activity where not get yourself familiarize with the whole things before sourcing of knowing people's performance and how to checkmate them in everything they do here.

I do not think you need to "jump" into bitcoin when you want it to be banned. Don't you think so? Or have you had a change or heart about it yet?

Even ninjastic.space has its own limits. Any post that was deleted or edited before September 06, 2020, had its initial post not recorded/archived in time. Even Loyce.club started archiving on July 21, 2019. So whatever OP might be looking for, he may not get everything.

You have it all with the forum, go to that user's post history. Click on their username, click on "Show the last posts of this person." and you will get what you want, only current version of their posts. If they edited their posts, you will have only their edited posts. For original posts, go to scrapers and their archives like Ninjastic.space or Loyce.club but they have limitations, said above.

If you're only interested in the posts for education purposes, whether a post is edited or not should not matter. All you need is the user's post history and carefully read through as many of the replies you can.

Posts are usually edited cause the initial content may have had an error or the user wanted to add new knowledge to it, making the updated post more informative than the initial one. Deleted posts should not matter too cause they were deleted for a reason.

Edit: While this doesn't directly answer your question, historical posts that were active at a certain point in time but were later deleted or edited can be found (if you are lucky) in this way too.

Other than https://ninjastic.space/ if that user you looking for is well known like satoshi or Hal Finney, then you may try Wayback Machine (web.archive.org)

I found it useful in many occasions for example this post of satoshi here on bitcointalk have broken images but on Wayback Machine you can view it as it was in 2013
