What is lazy dogInstant confirmations and sub-second block times, based on the PHANTOM protocol ! Lazy dog is perfect money, ready to ossify. Soon to exceed Bitcoin's market cap by a factor of 100! Lazy dog keeps the chain unpolutted with inscriptions, tokens, and all that spam. If you want any of these than go BTC, SOL, ETH, AVAX and all that junk. We do one thing, peer-to-peer cash, and we do it well. Just perfect money, 100 x Bitcoin, nothing more.
Algo: kHeavyhash (just as kaspa)
InstallationBuild from Source
Install Go according to the installation instructions here:
http://golang.org/doc/installgit clone
https://github.com/whileunless/lazy_dog.gitcd lazy_dog
go install . ./cmd/...
lazy_dog (and utilities) should now be installed in $(go env GOPATH)/bin. If you did not already add the bin directory to your system path during Go installation, you are encouraged to do so now.
Running the code (not ready)
lazy_dog has several configuration options available to tweak how it runs, but all of the basic operations work with zero configuration.
I launch it with (once it is ready):
lazy_dog --utxoindex --rejectnonstd
Roadmap2024: Ossification and exceeding Bitcoin's market cap by a factor of 100!
Other than that no roadmap as we are too decentralized to agree on any.
Questions1. Why do you announce a coin that is not even ready to launch.
Answer: I want the coin to be maximally decentralized, that is why I want it to be collaboratively developed and launched.
Other than that I am just a lazy dog and also I don't know how could I tweak Kaspa's Golang code that I forked so that
the namespaces
kaspa and
kas are replazed with
lazy_dog and
ld, respectively.
2. You are too lazy, will this ever pump with so little effort?
Yea, it may. I've long been a contrarian investor and something tells me that people are fed up with VC-coins (and with VC-memecoins).
Dogecoin's price action is a good example that a great deal of people value fairness and transparency
- the two major advantages of
lazy_dog.
4. How do you ensure fair launch?
When we launch there will be already many people with nodes prepared in advance to mine -
and that because we will inform of the launch in advance. Unlike many other coins in the space
that announced 'fair launch' after having mined in secret for a couple of days.
5. Smart contracts?
On-chain smartcontracts are not welcome. I am too lazy to implement any but off-chain smart contracts are welcome.
Go to small cap blockains as Avalanche or Ethereum if you don't believe that lazy_dog being a perfect money is not enough to exceed Bitcoin's market cap by a factor of 100!
We are too busy with ossification, replacing Bitcoin, and being perfect money.
