I don't know where your reference of all traders being familiar with Crypto is coming from but in as much as crypto currencies is widely spreading and being adopted globally to the extend that even the stock traders are convenient in adopting the Crypto technology not just to stock their savings but also as medium of accepting payments from their customers and vendors, that's of course obvious that crypto had and would keep up topping the stock market.

Most cryptocurrencies or cryptocurrencies in general are not stable coins as their volatility differs from the other and fluctuations occurs from time to time unlike fiat that is a stock exchange but I don't think that all traders are familiar with cryptos as most of them still make use of the Fiat currency even for their long term tradings. You know stocks is more of trading than investments whereas Bitcoin is mostly concerned about making and owning investments for long term goals.
Bitcoin volatility is not a joke and cannot be compared to that of stock even though the stock exchange market is more visible than Bitcoin.

I don't really know how the stock market works, but I think cryptocurrency has much wider reach and is more appealing to the youths of this generation and even investors than stock. Cryptocurrency decentralized nature especially bitcoin gives it a different aura, because people will ordinarily want to invest in a sector that has value and for their investment to also increase in value for long-term as long as the volatility is not too much . As for stock i heard the volatility is on the high side and the knowledge behind it is totally different from cryptocurrency.

Firstly, the SEC, that's the securities and exchange commission is also the agency that regulates cryptocurrency and any of such assets that isn't just fiat.

Secondly, I think we can't all agree that Bitcoin is stronger than stocks or stocks is stronger than Bitcoin, because these were and still is, investment initiatives that came to light with the generation of the time and while it is known that Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies is more of a creation for Gen Zs, stocks was very much and I still think it is, beside forex, more of an investment that the older folks in my Dad's age range took so much interest in and did invest when they were close to retirement or wanted an investment that could yield returns on a steady basis without much stress because brokers will do the major purchase and maintain the portfolio, while what is needed will be just the funds.

I hope you do understand that when you say crypto that you're putting the whole market into the conversation and not just Bitcoin. There's no way cryptocurrency can be less volatile than the stock market. Have you seen the volatility that is happening with altcoins, projects are getting manipulated frequently and causing investors losses. For every price movement that Bitcoin takes, it after the altcoins market irrespective of the movement being up or down. The stock market is a regulated market but crypto isn't so there's no way you can tell me that the stock market will be more volatile than crypto.

Sometimes crypto price stays stable for some minutes but that happens to only Bitcoin as athe rest of the market is always having a difference in the price of their coins. Bitcoin too doesn't technically stay stable because there's always a slight difference in the price at each time you check the market but it isn't as volatile as it used to be.
