Back then alot of folks had the mindset that Bitcoin going to hit $100k pretty fast but base on how things going I don't think so ,but that don't mean it ain't gonna surpass $100k. I'm actually making this post to encourage others to keep accumulating and not to sell their holdings too early.

As a humans most of us are usually impatient, we just want it to happen now now . Okay now just imagine it happens now and Bitcoin rose to the price range of $250k and you only have a little bitcoin stash in your portfolio. You may endup not yielding something good due to not having much quantities stashed.

So this time around we should be happy that we have time to still purchase Bitcoin as the price is still cheap . Because it may get to a point where your funds won't be able to cover-up some nice quantities of bitcoin. So we should be expecting something huge, because as time goes on Bitcoin will keep gaining More adoption and now bitcoin has gotten it's self some nice adoption so far, though our government ain't encouraging us by banning p2p from exchanges, but still we are going to still find away to keep surviving in this Crypto space.

I was so happy the other day when I saw a man addressing students about cryptocurrencies how they can earn through various ways in cryptocurrencies by doing airdrops and some other related stuff. So this shows that cryptocurrencies will keep growing and getting the awareness they deserved, so now accumulate as much as you can (Bitcoin), and keep hodl , for the upcoming bull run.

Hope this will help to encourage those that are still accumulating and holding to keep the fire burning  , don't forget we are in and also going to  the year of greens .

As far as I am concerned I think this is one of the best periods to hold. Now it is a little easier to do that since the price of Bitcoin right now is quite stable and low compared to some promising values it attained during earlier periods of this year. Bitcoin has hit some nice prices this year and a majority of Bitcoiners and crypto enthusiast are definitely hoping and believe nicer prices will definitely come sooner.

Everyone will make their decision if they’ll want to sell or keep accumulating although during times like this investors get tempted not because of the price but, I guess the hype and what they heard about bitcoin halving and ATH. Almost everyone expected bitcoin price reaching $100k and beyond this season but, guess what? People who followed speculation before investing will not even bother to hold talk more of accumulating now. I’m stating reasons why investors mostly newly investors who just invest because of bitcoin price movement will not accumulate. People are still left with fear and this is normal, bitcoin price movement is volatile in nature although people invest heavily and expect profit so when things don’t go as plan they withdraw. Personally I still accumulate and hope for more, aside the current price and state now, bitcoin price might likely move higher under probability.

Your points is clearly noted, but I think some of the reasons why most person actually sold their coins is because they are scared of the bear season that comes after the bull season, without a doubt many people expected Bitcoin to reach 100k with the speed it was moving but unfortunately it didn't meet it and from research it's not even supposed to break the old ATH yet before the halving due to past records but this time was different and that was what triggered many to have this taught of Bitcoin reaching 100k very early whereas the original movement was supposed to be after the halving months has passed and then deep into the end of year prices will be expected to spike up.

Yeah selling now ain't smart at all. Tho we may not be too certain of the price of Bitcoin will continue to rise but still deep down we all believe that the bull run haven't started yet or haven't ended yet . That why we need to keep holding, because is better to have good quantities and the price dip than to have none. Because no matter the dip Bitcoin always coming or bouncing back stronger.

Exactly we shouldn't let this precious opportunity pass us by , that is why we have to keep Holding. Tho they may be certain expenses that may come around that may require some cash to be solved which is normal, that's why we are always advice to have some extra cash set aside for emergency purposes only (known as emergency funds) to coverup those expenses while we HODL.

Yh you’re are right OP, selling when one doesn’t have a good stash of Bitcoin in his/her portfolio is wrong rather such person should be concerned about accumulating and holding more bitcoin. I know we all have different investment plans but same time we need to understand that Bitcoin is a valuable asset which have proven itself and the need for consistent investing using DCA or any strategy convenient for you should be encouraged rather than buying, holding for a little time and sell later whereas you ain’t anywhere in you accumulation journey. There is a stage as you have said where we can then sell partly and also keep reinvesting, a maturity stage.

I totally agree with you! It's important to have a long term perspective when it comes to investing in Bitcoin. While it may not reach $100k as quickly as some people initially thought that doesn't mean it won't surpass that price in the future. Patience is key, and it's great to encouraging others to keep accumulating and hold onto their bitcoin holdings. This is my first experience of this halving and the upcoming bull another  greater experience but lesson has been learned and allot of update is already at pin post that one must not fall victim of regretting for not accumulating , there I have decided to take preventive measures by buying within what I can afford gradually as the dip is currently on before bull , most discussion here in the board is throughly motivating for one to takes advantage.

Bitcoin will definitely surpass the predicted $100k but it is no more anytime soon again even the price too is going down now and if the price was rising gradually then we would have known that the price will hit the $100k but as it is I don't think so. So the best is to be hodling till the next bull run again. And for now make everyone keep on buying and storing enough in their wallets.
