I'm the buy and forget type of guy so there's no better time than now to buy bitcoin. Eventually it's going to go up and the time you choose to buy will only change how much you'll have to wait for it.
I'm not planning at all. I have enough money to survive, some investment real estate, my own house, so I only look for 3 things in bitcoin and that's safety, inflation hedge and anonymity. I don't really care if it goes up 10% or 5% a year. So far it's been doing much better, but if it were to stay at $60k for another year and then go to maybe 65k and then 70k, I'd be completely satisfied, even though in the next 3 years it would still be below this year's all time high. Don't keep your head in the clouds dreaming that bitcoin will allow you to buy an expensive car and show off. Work for it and use bitcoin as safe private money that the government and other people can't take from you.

Because the best opportunity of buying did not come on 9th May the dip that came on May 11th May means that the price had declined from its peak and reached straight-forward support. That is, the BTC price fell from 63,469 to 60,187 in only 4 hours. Which refutes the statement of the best time for investment. 
 
Apart from this, you may not know that according to technical analysis, Bitcoin was moving in a symmetric triangle within a 4-hour time frame. where the decline line was $63,000 and the support level was 60,000. And you see, this is what happened, that is, the price rejected the same at 63k and 60k provided the best opportunity for investment, which is also called a small dip, so it will not be bad.
