it's totally up to you to decide whether or not you wanna keep gambling ... As a matter of fact, I've meet with so many degenerate gamblers; they don't give a fuck whatever they've lost. They've been really clingy to their faith and hope that whatever happens, they'll secure 2% outta 100 loses.

In my case, I have to lose a lot of money to realize I have to gamble responsibly if I don't want to break my finances and experience depression, so now I control myself and monitor my expenses, and I'm doing good with it.

On the other hand, you don't have to lose money to gamble responsibly... There's also nothing you can do to make accurate predictions. It's either you're being too careful or too careless!

Right from when I started gambling I have always managed my bankroll properly and I have never had to regret depositing more than I could afford to lose.

Every gamblers have to experience this first before they commit to be more responsible next time and most of them learns the lesson in the hardest way. Great to see that based from the poll so far, a lot of users are responsible with their gambling habits. I believe, at one point, they also lost a lot, hence, the realization of being responsible in this activity. I don't think most gamblers are already responsible even at the start. They may have their own experiences owed to gambling, and from that point, they make sure to be responsible in order not to ruin their finances or their relationship with loved ones.

I would have chose the "I am a responsible person" option, but that may not be entirely true. Almost everyone has a vice they get hooked on, could be soda drinks, junk food, gambling and so on. I never got hooked to the concept of gambling, I find it appealing cause of my love for sports and desire to get predictions correct, but I have never imagined getting rich from gambling.

Never ever make yourself that delusional on making having that kind of mindset that you would really be making yourself that thinks about getting rich with gambling because on the time that you would really be having that kind of mindset then you are just basically putting up yourself on such great risk on losing even more because gambling is supposed to be for fun and not for income.Your earier plans would definitely be altered or be changed just because you had put up yourself on such delusional thinking.Make yourself responsible because if not then you are just putting up that kind of probability on addiction pit and this is something that you should avoid in the first place.

Well, I think we all know how to become responsible or wake up after we lose s lot of money and you see the effect of your gambling activities, and yes I also experience being an addict in gambling and I dont want to remember how much money I have wasted just because I want to have fun and I hope that I can hit a big jackpot so that I could have a good life or what but that's not the case, so in order to play gambling and at the same time minimize the losses I learn how to become responsible and control my gambling activity, simple putting a limit or boundary in terms of my gambling budget, when I lose all that I will stop playing or if I doubled it then its the end of my gambling session, so I learned how to set limit and let go of the losses if needed and not chase the losses.

I believe no one will bothered you on gambling if you are already a responsible gambler. The only time you will come up with this realization if you are already sacrificing a lot of your time and money to fuel your gambling activity.

We have all lost from time to time and it is wiser to take the decision of emotional control to avoid running into different issues like that depression. When you are losing without check on the cause of it or having control, your bankroll is only put at risk of exhaustion because you keep playing and after that you now go into regret which can lead into heartache. So it is always good to be in control and be responsible when you have been on straight loses, however, it is not all that can control bankroll until they have emptied their account.

I already lose much money in the past but I learned from my mistakes and trying to reduced my gambling activities, including reduces my budgets to playing gambling. That's difficult for the first time but with keep trying and practice to manage the budgets, I realizes that I have more money to save and don't have to use gambling to have fun. From that moment, I realizes that I needs to control myself and always use limitations when playing gambling so I don't have to lose more money like before. I can also enjoy the gambling games as a fun thing although I don't have much money to playing gambling but that's enough for me because I don't use gambling to make money. The truth is that in any case you have to first experience some bitter things that you don't want in order to learn from them and become better, I don't wish for anyone to first experience losing a significant amount of money in order to realize that they have the wrong approach to gambling which in turn makes them a responsible gambler, but in most cases, it is very difficult to really advise someone who is very tempted by gambling winnings, they always have excessive expectations and always think that they can win big.

Although we have good intentions by advising them to treat gambling as suggested so that they don't have to experience losing large amounts of money to realize their mistakes and become a responsible gambler, sometimes that scenario can cause problems they think that we are too interfering with their affairs, so there is no other way to make them realize that is by first experiencing the bad effects of gambling. And honestly I also have the same story as you OP where I had to experience losing first to be able to become a responsible gambler, and after that I tried to tell and advise gamblers, especially beginners, to only make gambling an entertainment activity without putting excessive expectations on winning.

With the way lots of gamblers are getting into trouble on a daily basis, any reasonable gambler will learn from these bad experiences of other people and gamble responsibly. I do not have to wait till it happens to me before I get some sense. Gambling related issues are are real, very dangerous and should be avoided by all means. It is easy for me to stay responsible despite all the temptations and this is because I am usually not an idle person. This has been working for me and I advise other gamblers out there to ensure they have something else that is keeping them busy and fetching them money too, so they don't have to gamble all the time with the sole aim of making money.

Self control is needed for any gambler to know they’re over gambling and they need to stop, I heard several emotional stories online about gamble addict, people taking their life just because they gambled owing debt, marriage conflict etc so I had to restructure my gambling habit, restructuring an addictive habit is so difficult that’s why I hardly blame an addict who want to change badly as all this requires gradual process. Regardless our choice being a responsible gambler, gambling is actually fun but, sometimes I feel like quitting for a while cause of the excess loss.
