You both sounds fake to me. Sorry if I am wrong. However if the OP is real then I suggest you to use a trusted escrow before doing the trade. Once crypto is moved then there are no reversal system and the sender can be scammed easily.

The only thing I can think of is that he may be referring to the "Money Market" accounts that banks offer. Although, I'm not sure how common the use of such accounts is in P2P transactions for buying cryptocurrencies. In general, it's simpler and safer to go through a well-known centralized exchange.
