That's way of the charts to say that, that's not even remotely related to Trump. If there's a rampant increase of scams in crypto space, the only plausible reason that it could ever happen is because there's a new/novel way that scammers can get to their victim or their victim's wallet, that's it, that's the only thing that will matter when it comes to those stuff. Maybe some old school scammers would use Trump's win in the election as a way to scam people but other than that, people already know about those scams and they'd have some way to identify similar scam with different people that's supposed to be a part of it. I don't necessarily agree with the regulations staying in place though, unless he does like those regulations personally, we might see some improvement or maybe even some form of downgrade/worsening if he doesn't like it so yes, it's not a good idea to twist the ideas but possibilities will always be endless.

My friends and I were having discussions about the upcoming US election and one of them said that if Trump is elected there will be many more scams in crypto space, and I can't help but think about how many people will be thinking the same, especially those who are new to crypto.

Just because Trump said he is supporting crypto doesn't mean there will be no further crackdown on crypto or there will be no regulations, Trump never said that everyone is free to do what they like because he will be the new president.

Regulating crypto is one thing and making crypto space a living hell for crypto adopters is another, this is what Biden wants to do, and that is why I will advise people to vote for another instead of Biden, Bitcoin miners can't even breathe in the US right now.

So don't get it twisted, if Trump gets elected as the new president it won't erase regulations in the crypto space, 

I don't know where people get this idea that he even knows what he is talking about. He just wants to pander his crowds and just ramble something opposite to Joe.

If Joe would have said that he believes in crypto's future and possibilities, Trump would run to say that: "I am toughest against crypto then any president in the history! Have always been! People say i am tougher then Lincoln against blockchains! They say, please mr president! Big guys, tears on their eyes, crying that they lost their money. And i will close it down like you wouldn't believe. It's a money for criminals and terrorists and woke-movement."

And all this without understanding a single thing about it. He doesn't need to understand it. Just repeating trendy crypto key words like RWA and shill his AI made nfts.

People from US or not shouldn't think that whoever wins the presidency will focus on crypto crackdown. There is so much to deal with on their post when they are on their offices. What we typically see from the feedback or news that we're reading are coming from someone who works for them. So, it's not that they really know what crypto is or things about it. If some statement says that they're going to tax crypto, it is the body of the government that does it and not the POTUS.

So, it won't matter whoever wins there and this is the debate if it's about political. You should be prepared to lose your friend if you want to defend your political stand but if it's going to be crypto-wise, it doesn't really matter at all because whether there will be policies made against or in favor, the entire market will continue to circulate and work on itself whoever is on the position.

Some regulations can also be very strict in a way it can discourage mining in the country. Biden did not ban bitcoin or any other coins but his crypto regulations are strict with miners. What makes you think that Trump will also not do the same or become stricter? There is one thing about people, you do not know what they have in mind for you until they fulfil the thing.

That's true, you can't really know what one can do and can't because we can't read their minds too, so that is why they do play game with us, so that when they are in power, their true color will now come out and by then it's going to be very very late because we have already put them in charge and there is nothing we can really do.
