Going straight to the point I want to talk a little about bankroll management and how we can effectively practice this to optimize our gambling wins and also help control excessive gambling habits.

Starting off as an early gambler can be a lot of challenging going through loses and even getting through those early stages of unguided addiction, this was a case for me cause I can remember how to struggle to get myself in oder for a while when I started taking gambling serious for a while, most of us enjoy gambling and would gamble more often than others and its quite needful that we don't overdo it.

2. Divide your bankroll or budget: this is just spliting your allocation into smaller parts, so that you can easily control how you spend it on gambling, why this is important is cause at times we might find ourselves in situations where we want to stake too high that it might include a huge portion of our budget and if we lose or spend so much too early when the allocated time for the vmbudget to last has not elapsed or is closed to then we can be tempted to add more funds or take out of our extra cash to gamble again.

3. Determine and manage your bet size: why i recommend this step is that this way you get to spend as you should on each bet, I'm normally a high staker so i would allocate up to 5-15% of my budget to each game I should play and its depends on the odds or how confident I am and my risk tolerance with respect to each game.

4. Play safe: we have always monitor and adjust our bet size and allocation with respect to how much we have lost or how well we are winning so that we can stick to our budget and manage it through out our playing time, also dont chase loses cause it could throw you off track, try to take a break and have rest when you lose money and stick to the budget.

For a beginner it may seem difficult to do this kind of management, but I got great results managing my bankroll

My method is as simple as possible:
I bet on soccer, so I have 1 bankroll for each championship, I have an average value of each bet and this allows me to participate in the whole season without zeroing my bankroll

Let us say that I use 5% of $250 on gambling. That is $12.5 that I have for that week to gamble. I like roulette and I can go as low as $0.1 while gambling with roulette. That means that I can gamble 125 times if I lose 125 repeatedly without winning. And it is not possible that I will not win. I can continue to gamble for the whole day but which is not possible as I will have other things to do.

The point is and I can confirm that the bankroll management and tips you mentioned are 100% useful, I won't argue with that, but that's all I know, it's a theory, the actual facts that happen when playing gambling are different.

To be honest, from the recommended tips that you convey, what I often do is point 4 where before betting, I have to choose a game that is really safe for me, at least I know the game and it is safe for me to play in a few rounds, knowing and understanding the game for me is important for us to be good gamblers in all aspects, that is important.

I have always learn how to manage my bankroll when I am gambling. What I do is that, I have a gamble budget which I do set aside after I get paid. This is the money that I do use to gamble. Sometimes if I gamble more than my daily budget, I might not gamble the next day.

Sometimes when I am very busy, I don't gamble during those periods. Whatever makes me exhaust my gambling budget, I stop gambling until it is refilled the next pay day. Having time limit for your gambling activities is also good, as it helps to control addiction.

Not chasing losses is a very hard thing to do. I think it's underestimated. Most times we talk about it as something we can just switch on and off. It's very difficult, especially when I have money. If I do not have much money on me at the time, I might be forced to stop gambling, but when there's money on me, I always have the urge to want to win back what I have lost. Sometimes when I set out a certain percentage for gambling for the week, I might use all that money in a day or two and this would make me go over the estimated amount I planned to use for gambling for that week. It's takes a lot of discipline, I'm not there yet but I'm getting better at it. I have come to realize that it's a constant work in progress, I don't think anybody masters it.

There are even times when you'll be tempted to stake very high on a particular game. This happens to me when I'm only looking at the potential win and how huge the amount may be. Greed sets in and I want to win big. Like I said, it's a constant work in progress.
