Depends on the person. Some people can't stay alone more than 2-3 weeks, it starts being depressing to them. Other people can't stay alone even for 2-3 hours. It all depends.

I'm with you on that, brother. I'd rather watch an educational [program on YouTube than a TV show, when I'm alone. When you are left alone it's normally not a good thing for you, but you can always turn it into some useful thing.

I love being alone it makes me happy and I feel more comfortable, when I'm alone I always watch movies and I enjoy watching movies alone I hate watching movie with someone.
I'm just trying to adjust so it won't affect my marriage in future but deep down I love being alone I enjoy it so much.

Loneliness is very bad but certain condition need such but for more proficiency in advancing in knowledge and others thing's one can't do completely been lonely because certain situations need people idea to move forward. I don't like being lonely in some extend but I restrict my self form certain crowed that may not be of help why associating to avoid being lonely.

Loneliness is dangerous example one with some illness don't need to be lonely as help may be necessary to avert sudden death where he can't help it's self. To be lonely is good and also bad others may but me I can't I tried been moderate by balancing my loneliness to associate with relevant friend.

To me being alone is a resilient thing and it is very beneficial for me because I can realize a lot of myself during that time alone also being alone is a refreshment for me. For me being alone is not just confined to the house. I like to be alone in any place some of the time but not all of the time. So I think every person needs some time to be free from noise and free from complex life calculations but care should be taken that it does not stop any active human activity then the purpose of being alone will not work properly.
