Some users are reporting that they don't receive authorization emails and they can't withdraw their fund.
They seem to have the same problem again.
It's unclear why they don't appear here, explain the current situation, estimate the time it will take to fix everything or at least restore functionality. They care about their reputation here on the forum, but they make little effort to defend it.
I've seen similar things before and unfortunately, I don't think this is going in the right direction. I will be more surprised if they successfully recover the whole thing than if they close the service.
