Yes, it seems like the restriction is only for Germany for now, but its only a matter of time before more countries follow suit.  This kind of government-mandated blocking is becoming increasingly common globally, especially concerning content deemed illegal, harmful, or simply undesirable by national laws.

This could very well be the beginning of the end for freebitco.in in the EU, or at least its current form.

Germany isn't first country to block Freebitco.in. They're blocked in Australia:

For one country maybe it's not that much, but when you combine them all, it's huge money, even for big website like Freebitco.in.
But I guess it applies to mostvof crypto gambling websites, not just Freebitco.in. As you said, previously they were just unnoticed. If regulators will take on crypto gambling seriously, there is some black clouds on it's future.

Hi, I see that after writing this post, you duplicated it (you wrote exactly the same thing) and posted it in the FBI withdraw Fun tokens thread, which is in violation of forum rule 12. I have reported that post but nothing happens. Next time if you want to ask in two threads think about adding or modifying a bit the second post so it is not exactly the same. For example, you could have waited 24 hours to see if anyone responded to you on this one and otherwise posted a similar post there adding that you had asked here but no one had responded to you.

In your case, I don't know if you have noticed that, unfortunately, since we started talking about FBI problems in this forum, their representatives have not deigned to come here to show their faces. They appointed a new representative in the official thread who at first said they were working on solving problems but after a while he disappeared and the problems got worse.

Many of the problems so far had been temporary and eventually resolved, such as delays in withdrawals, but it's been a while since people have been unable to withdraw their FUN tokens, which makes this a clear scam.

Your advice comes a year and three months too late. You're a Legendary member of the forum, a regular in the gambling section, and you hadn't heard about the active flag and negative trust or what? TheQuin has not used the forum since May 2024. For context, the explanation given by freebitcoin was that TheQuin was moved away from the forum to help in a different part of their business. To my knowledge, TheQuin did not confirm the reason for his removal from the forum.

The freebitcoin website was having a lot of problems with their customer services (before TheQuin was removed from the forum) and things have not really seemed to have improved. Maybe someone from freebitcoin can enlighten us with the truth about what is going on with the service.

Just another scammy site that pulled the rug years ago, and still, people are falling for it. TheQuin just followed an agenda. I wouldn't call it "support" to ignore accusations. If it wouldn't be true, the business would have been all over someone claiming they're provably cheating (7 years ago) as that's the core business of any casino. Seen many times. Many crypto services come here first to draw attention to themselves. After they get some kind of recognition, the criticisms on Bitcointalk become too harsh, and the simplest thing is to just leave this forum.

I read that post. It goes back several years yet here we are with the website still working. It is an amazing situation that with all of the negativity surrounding Freebitcoin they are still operating.

As matters currently stand, the only problem their customers seem to be reporting are related to delayed withdrawals. Has anybody actually lost anything on their website? I doubt it otherwise the accusations would have been posted in large numbers. It seems the have put a lot of effort in their business model and have no intention of closing down.

I created this topic more than a year ago to warn people about issues with freebitco and I was hopeful to get a response from TheQuin.
They are still irresponsive to complaints and everything is getting worse and worse.

In the past year, withdrawals were sometimes delayed, but they were finally processed after a few days.
This time may be different. People on freebitco's official thread are complaining about withdrawals not being processed after weeks.
