I'm not sure why no one have replied this thread, as far as I can see this case is really serious.

If kamvreto want to defend if he copied ajiz138's application, it doesn't make sense at all since ajiz138 didn't even post his application in that thread before kamvreto posted, instead later he ask whether the campaign is still open or not.

Since replying his own post, sending merit and translate abuse sometime aren't worthy for negative feedback, now I will use cheating in the same campaign as the reason. I will tag both of them.

Of course this is a serious case seen by the community, I've been paying attention to this thread for several days since this topic was created.
I certainly don't doubt that @ajiz138 and @kamvreto are connected Alts, that's for sure, but if you look at some of the BTC addresses used by @kamvreto, I can guarantee that he has other Alts that can be connected to each other.

Given --I assume-- one will be required to don their avatar or signature code, and none of them are even on the campaign. The bolded part does not necessarily translates as you tried to confirm. "If anything" refers to a willingness to mull over a possibility that something did happen, and "it's in the past" refers to... well, it's in the past.

Both phrases combined, and followed the sentence as quoted above, can be understood as that a violation might happened in the past, but for the time being there is no damning evidence that will justify a flag or a feedback. If, in the future, it can be proven, then it's a different story.
