How can I report abuse from online casinos?

I'm searching for real ways to report online abuse from online casinos. My KYC information was leaked by Shuffle Casino Team and spread among users in telegram and shuffle casino chat as I said in this post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5498110.0

Where I can really report this Kind of behavior I need some effective way to bring some kind of punishment to these people.
Personal information is very serious and what the Shuffle team did is inexcusable.

Please give me effective suggestions so that I can clearly disclose the abuse I suffered from the Shuffle team.

If you want to make a report against an online casino or a crypto project, you can create a report topic in the Scam Accusations section of this forum with all the evidence of scamming you. Hope you get good benefit from it. The casino site you mentioned is being promoted in this forum so if your report is valid and true then this site promotion will be revoked from this forum and will be red flagged against it. So you can do it

If your concern is real(I doubted) then you are free to report them with their license provider since they breach privacy of their customers. That’s the place you can report a casino and charge them legally since it’s already involved their license to operate.

I saw your case on one of Shuffle thread that you create. I don’t see any clear proof that Shuffle is the one who released your info on other casino chat. It’s easy to accuse them that they are the only you KYC but it’s very hard to prove that you don’t KYC on other casino just like what you are claiming here.

Well, I've never experienced such, and neither have I ever come across anyone who experienced such; to learn what their line of action was.
But then, what I did advice is, you should check if this casino is registered and operates under a license, if this be true and yes, then your line of action should be to contact the license authorities in charge of this casino's license and report the matter to them.
And also, if you know the country that this casino is registered in, try to find out what the gambling act of this country said about such breach of trust, and what the punishment for this is, and if you have the financial means and resources and don't mind what it will cost you, then hire a good lawyer and sue the casino to court.

I personally see no other way to really punish those behind this casino other than the this ways I've suggested above.

But I still want to ask, why would the casino do this with your document, that is leak your kyc document to the general public? Are you sure they did this on purpose? Maybe they were hacked or something.. 🤔

first thing that you need to do is to check or verify if that casino is legit or not. (but, knowing shuffle casino, they are legit online casino site) it is indeed a negligence in their part because their privacy security is not fully secured, how come that players information has been leaked? possible that the site was hacked or there's an inside job, you can do some research first because if there's a hacking incident, for sure they will announce it in their main site or channel. You can directly report it through their customer service but make sure that you have a proof, showing that your information was leaked by Shuffle Casino, so that they will expedite your request.

Well, @OP You have gotten the advice you seek in this comment, and I also just came across your first topic, where the casino you are making claims against happens to be Shuffle. You don't need to create multiple topics for this same issue. I advise you to lock this topic. By the way, I doubt that a casino like shuffle would actually leak your private information, as you claim. It might have been a problem with another platform you submitted KYC to.

The statement from the Shuffle team is clear they never share private information, as casinos already have rules for this, so I see only now cases where casinos leak your data to other users, which is actually a bit strange.

As far as I know Shuffle doesn't do KYC? Maybe because you're a big gambler?

That's right the only other thing is that you might be able to report this to their license, but I doubt it will be taken seriously by them, because shuffle will definitely deny it.

After all, it's not big money, anything reported to the license is unlikely to be taken seriously especially if you report it yourself unless there are many similar cases.
